I’m back on GAPS as well. Love the wetson a price and gaps foundation. It sucks tho it feels isolating and so many people have no idea they’re eating poison and how it’s affecting them all day so they may think I’m weird but idc anymore

Hope that's going well! Yes most people have no idea and eat garbage all the time. They don't look into what's in their food and wonder why they have a bunch of health problems.

I love a fresh eggnog with egg yolk, raw milk, real stevia, and vanilla. Yummy! As for coffee... I've learned that stirring in 1/4 tsp of baking soda neutralizes the acidity and actually makes the coffee taste smoother! But my FAVORITE way to have coffee is to not only add the baking soda, but to blend it with butter in the blender... OMG SO YUMMY! And in fact, doing it this way shifts the body and brain into ketone-burning mode, and that just give you a calm focus, steady energy and clarity for hours! :))))

@@OnAWhim567 I know, right?! It came into my mind to try it because the acidity of coffee bothered my stomach, and now, not only does it not bother me, but it tastes so much better that I'll never go back! :D

@@OnAWhim567 Oh yeah, it'll work for sure! Dissolves easily... you can blend it right into whatever style you're making. You'll have to experiment with the amount of baking soda you like the most. I use 1/2 tsp for a 16oz coffee. Enjoy!

I've never been hungry for breakfast either, but it made me always run on stress hormones, so now I am doing my best to get food in every morning and I also ditched the daily coffee habit. Now that I am not running on stress hormones all the time, I feel really tired, but I take time to rest now instead of taking in caffeine. Also, I have come across some really concerning info about FCLO... I don't trust the WAPF anymore on this issue tbh. All the best.

The body tends to have a surge in cortisol when we wake in the morning, which also raises the blood sugar, and that can cause anxiety. My solution has been to take 1 T apple cider vinegar in a tall glass of water (I like to add stevia too). This is great for so many reasons, including reducing the blood sugar! I also do a nice yoga practice afterwards and that creates even more balance in my system...

Is it because oils cant be fermented? From my understanding the livers are fermented and then the oil is extracted. Ive been taking a spoonful of their codliver oil butter blend in a dark glass jar for about a month now with no ill side affects.

Ive been eating the keto/caveman diet lately, the saturated fats and cholesterol immediately work to lower dopamine levels, along with not eating sugar and salt and limiting entertainment. It worked so well I get low dopamine which is associated with tiredness, leaving room to do things I enjoy. I also raised my serotonin levels by taking 5htp, a seed extraxt that contains tryptophan, the essential amino acid that turns to serotonin. Also theres supposdedly a connection between blood type and diet (A blood type should be vegetarian while O blood type should be meat eater, and B a hybrid I believe)

You are truly doing this diet properly. I bet all your children and husband are super heathy as well. It seems to be that you must devote much of your time to eating this way. You must plan ahead - procuring organic meats, canning your own vegetables; making sourdough bread and fermented items. But it seems to be worth it.

Everything looks fantastic apart from the pork. I think YHWH has used you to help me so God bless you. 1. How I cook my partridge on christmas day as I don't have an oven, so I cook in a cassorole pot pit of water in the bottom. 2. Getting some digestive bitters or continuing to take my ACV shots before meals. As for the saur kraut I know I should have a go but it's the storage philosophy being a gather and eat daily person as in the coming apocolypse these things will be non exsistant.

Your such a nice person I cant sit by and not mention something that will really help you...Please get the Caffeine Blues book and look into all the ways coffee and caffeine harm the body, very much so true for the thyroid... even if your thyroid has been taken out... The author also has the safe way to wean off coffee and caffeine... It must be done slowly. caffeine and coffee smash the thyroid not to mention the other organs it harms... I have gotten great health results removing all coffee and caffeine from my life. Im a WAPF girl for a long time but I needed the removal of coffee and caffeine from my life to really nail the healing because they were undermining all. the good I was doing.. And its not just me..... every person on the planet is negatively effected by coffee and caffeine.. All the best..

May I ask what kind of health results you noticed after removing coffee from your diet? I’ve been thinking about removing coffee myself, as of lately I’ve been breaking out in random rashes. I’m narrowing it down to either my coffee or my random sweet tooth.

@@salberthal88 there's just nothing good about caffeine and any step away from it is a step to better health... better sleep, better blood sugar balance, better cell function.. restored circadian rhythm. One of the most important things is the restoration of adenosine receptor function.. Grab Caffeine Blues and you will shocked at the truth about coffee and caffeine.... It takes time for caffeine to leave the system, the cells, some people take anything up to 3 years to heal properly.. lucky people feel better in 3 weeks to 3 months.. most people gradually heal and are done by around 2 years.. Lots of people go through withdrawal in all its awful forms but at the end of the day "get off the stuff and stay off"
