Paul Bee if someone had a deficiency they are probably not doing it right or eating the stuff that they should be. People who aren’t vegan can have many deficiencies as well. It doesn’t matter as long as you make it a priority.

Fucking Paul Bee 😩😂
@godisawman5 жыл бұрын
Paul Bee That’s not true at all. It all depends on how healthy the person it self eats (whether you’re vegan/vegetarian or a meat eater). People who eat meat can also have low iron levels an feel weak, veganism is not linked to that. Two friends of mine are vegan for several years and they never had any health problems at all. It all depends on the person itself.

@@cherrybloomzz fruits are just nature's candies....with a little bit of citrus and negligible micro nutrients.....nothing else. Fruits are not food. They are tidbits to be had between healthy Omnivorous meals. If you overdo fruits you tend to get SJD or SteveJobsDisease....also known as pancreatic cancer. Remember....just because you can moooo doesn't mean you're a bovine nowoooo....whether you like it or not you're a proper omnivore and you can't change that..... So eat everything in moderation and be super healthy. Thinking of saving the planet is secondary. First you be a healthy specimen of your species before trying to be some other species like a cowww.....i hope this simple language tutorial has simplified things for you. Fruitarians and hardcore vegans die earlier. If you die sooner you're not much help because wrong empathy got you faster 6 feet under. Be cool. Avoid fad diets. Live long. Eat farm fresh animals. @ogdeily5 жыл бұрын
@@sandracarli1110 that happens quite often because your metabolism tends to slow down as you age. oil is very dense in calories, so understandably it's easier to gain weight while consuming it :). just thought i'd say this because a lot of people are terrified of using oil for no good reason (thought i'd mention why i commented, i have nothing against you choosing to not include it in your diet).
