I’ve been suffering with eczema with for 10-11 years and it's something I finally got under control over the last 2 years, only having the occasional flare up since. Eczema is a very difficult, embarrassing and exhausting thing to live with and I sympathize so deeply with any one who is suffering💛
I’m so happy to share some simple and nourishing recipes that can help heal the body! Please note, everyone is different and has different triggers. The way I eat shouldn't necessarily be the way you eat. Find what works for your body. But healing from eczema makes you have to be very creative with your food because you have so many restrictions. Take some ideas and make them your own! ✨

Baked Oats:

Butternut squash recipe
1/2 butternut squash
1/2 small onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup plant milk ( I used oat )
1 tbsp rice flour
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp oilsalt and pepper to taste
brown rice pasta
- Peel and slice butternut squash. Roast in the over at 350F with 1/2 tbsp oil, cinnamon, turmeric, pinch of salt and pepper
- Dice onion and mince garlic. Add to a pan on medium heat with 1/2 tbsp oil. Sauté until tender and starting to brown. Add a touch of salt.
- Cook your pasta according to package
-Once the squash is done add plant milk to your onion and garlic along with rice flour. Remove it from the heat and combine well. Add your squash and pasta, mix and enjoy
