I reduced my weight 17kg since last year's july. Change the food I ate. Now, mostly oatmeal based & no sugar. No exercise but 1 hour walking daily. Now I am only 1.5kg from my goal.

How I did it: change eating habits instead of diet. Diet made me loose weight, then I stop dieting, then I gain weight again.
Thomas, I am very encouraged by your dieting. I am in NY, I am trying the keto diet right now for 1 month, having a bit of hard time because very difficult to avoid Carbs completely, but I do what I can. After 1 month, I might have to switch back to normal diet. I am following your vlog, thank you for the inspiration.
