For me consistency helps. I usually have my breakfast around 10am daily but I am flexible when I need to be.

You can eat a carnivore diet if you want a lot of nutrient deficiencies, but if you only want a few you can do an animal based diet

I would say carnivore first. Especially if your prioritie is weight loss. Without the singer and carbs. Your body will think it is fasting and you will lose the most weight. It will also allow your body to heal. Then go ketovore when you have reached your goals.
