I love my 2015 F150 FX4 v8 5.0 4wd!!! Best truck I've ever had. It's a comfy powerful ride on and off the road. I camp out and sleep in the back with that huge flat rear floor. Bigger than a New York apartment lol. And I can do all 5.0 maintenance myself. Love this truck. 120k trouble free miles and counting.

I have the similar truck with 3.55 real axle ratio. It make me want to take road trips just for the sake of driving it. I have done so far about 5K miles, now getting 19.5 mpg on mixed driving. Love this truck. Liked your video. Keep up the good work.

Yeah this seals it for me. I had a 2013 F150 super crew, unfortunately was stolen and insurance paid me out. Ended up buying a tacoma TRD sport double cab. But the cab is just too small. Selling my tacoma now to get an f150 again.

I have a 2013 F150 super crew, with a 5.0. It has a 21/2” lift sitting on 33 1/2s. I was very reluctant when I bought it, being that I was a huge Toyota and Nissan fan. But the more I drove it , the more I liked it.I can honestly say, I would never give my F150 up for a Nissan or Toyota today. Ive owned all three, and a Chevy 2500. Its the F150 for me, hands down.

Matthew Malu thank you so much! Yea they are solid matte black not the milled ones. The lip is polished so it sets them off nicely. And the offset is measured in mm so there’s not much difference at all.

You clearly have a lift kit on your car. Two questions please, does it reduce the handling on tarmac compared to the stock F150, i.e. slalom figures drop. Second question what's the wading depth now that it's lifted. Thanks 😎

Konu Konu great questions! I can’t give you hard figures but I can tell you handling was slightly affected. More so in turning radius. I can’t make a U-turn on a smaller street without having to reverse. There is also more body roll. As far as water, I’m not even certain. Fords specs are low I’m sure so with my tires and lift I would think it’s safe to say 4 or 5 inches over that.

That means ground clearance will be about 15 inches. So wading depth about a meter. My guessed estimate.

Man I had a question I'm trying to get this high pitch squeal taken care of cant stand it man its driving me nuts the dealership I took it too cant seem to find it or that they have not had this issue before which I know is bullshit they were thinking it was the intake and replaced the intake and called me and say ok your truck doesn't squeal anymore so I pick it up rolling out the dealership with the windows down and I hear it clear as day so when that engine is in drive and those rpms get up to about 2500 you here that squeal seems through gear shifts but it sounds like it's from the motor area and not the trans or anything and the fact that I know it's there bugs me more because its obviously somthing not right but was wondering if you had any insight into that appreciate it brother 👍👍

Michael Mayfield hey man thanks for the question. My truck still does this and the dealership placed it on file after i took a tech out for a ride to show them the noise. My research has shown that it is coming from the throttle body when the valve is partially open right in that RPM range. I’ve seen some people actually drilling a hole in them lol Yea it’s super annoying when you have your windows down for sure. I hope they eventually release a TSB with a known fix.

You can toggle to it with your manual shift button while in regular drive mode. You can also set the highest gear you want the truck to shift to while in standard “D” as well.

I have a 2019 ford f150 and mine doesnt clunk like that but I have noticed it shifts like dogshit and that whining noise that comes from under the truck almost ruins ownership of it for me and I have a ear piercing squeal sound coming from what seems to be the engine area when the rpms rev around gear shifts that is embarrassing to be honest 44k on a truck and this is what I'm stuck with and I love how dealerships act like they dont hear this shit when you take it in to them would like to know if anybody has any ideas on what these noises are and if they know will ford maybe be coming out with a software update to maybe make this trans shift smoother and overall just better in the future I hope they do
