I'm nervous to be sharing my weight loss "stuff" online, but I also know I needed something like this when I felt alone. Long story very short, bad stuff happened. I handled it by gaining a bunch of weight and isolating myself.
Nov 2021 I decided I didn't want to die and started a LONG process of losing a LOT of weight and getting back into humanity. I'm a bit more comfortable sharing my experience and I really hope it'll help someone else not feel alone.

I know what ya mean about taking starting pics. Mine are brutal. My 1 month pics look about the same… but I FEEL better. I’m kinda shallow, & very much desire a ripped physique. I may never get there… but like you said, the journey is about making better/healthier decisions every day. Keep up the great work. I plan to as well! -Revv
