Every fighter has many alternate costumes in Super Smash Bros Ultimate, but many have missed potential. In this video I speculate about new ideas for pallet swaps for every character in the roster, starting with those introduced in Smash Bros Melee. Every character's alts are analyzed and four new ones are added, would this be a good idea as Smash DLC?

For sonic, here are my ideas: 1. Sonic in his suit of armor, representing sonic and the black knight 2. A robot like sonic based off of metal sonic 3. A mix of light pink, hot pink, and white representing amy rose 4. A dark purple representing the warehog from sonic unleashed 5. And finally, a red and black skin representing shadow. And also, here's an idea for banjo. I know I said this on the last video, but I'll say it here again. Give banjo-kazooie an alt based off of conker the squirrel. Banjo himself could have conkers colors in bad fur day, while kazooie could be green representing cash (The main collectible in conkers bad fur day.)

As a huge Peach fan, here are my suggestions - A nurse Peach outfit from Dr Mario to pair nicely with him, that also replaces her turnips with pills - Her Mario Sunshine dress, which is her regular dress without sleeves, gloves and her hair tied up - Her New Donk City outfit from Mario Odyssey - Peachette as you suggested Also remodel her white dress so it's actually her Mario Odyssey wedding dress I really liked your suggestions overall, they were super fun and creative picks, keep up the good work 😊

It may be a theory but i believe the pikachu in ultimate is the same pikachu from brawl and smash 4. I believe the pikachu from brawl/4/ultimate is the pichu from melee and the pikachu from 64 is the same pikachu from melee. I think the melee pikachu helped train melee pichu and the melee pichu eventually evolved and the proof we have is that one of brawl/4 pikachu's costumes has the blue goggles which only pichu had in melee. I am also a believer that 64/melee pikachu died and that's why he isn't in the new smash games. In ultimate, I believe the pichu is the child of ultimate pikachu because we now have a female pikachu alt. I believe the reason why ultimate pikachu doesn't have his goggles anymore is because ultimate pikachu passed down his goggles to his new child, ultimate pichu. The spiky eared pichu and the libre pikachu are there own things so canonically we have 3 different pikachu's and 2 different pichu's in ultimate. The default pikachu costume, alt 7 pikachu, and default/goggles pichu are all part of the same family while the spiky eared pichu and libre pikachu are just extra guests who joined the battle alongside the current pikachu family. Also another theory I like to think is that the ultimate pikachu/pichu's trainer is samus because pikachu had a strong bond with samus in subspace (which is cannon to smash bros) and pikachu/pichu come out of pokeballs which mean they canonically have a trainer and i strongly agree that the trainer for pikachu/pichu is indeed samus aran. It is also possible that pikachu/pichu belong to pokemon trainer but i seriously doubt it because the pokemon trainer and pikachu don't really have much of a bond in subspace so there is more evidence to samus being the trainer. So the quick summary is: 64 pikachu arrives to smash bros, 64 pikachu makes a return to melee and becomes friends/training partners with the new fighter pichu, 64 pikachu dies before brawl releases but passes his cap down to pichu who at this point is now a pikachu, pikachu in brawl gets kidnapped by the R.O.B's in brawl and is used as a source of power, Samus rescues pikachu and befriends the pikachu in subspace emissary, Samus becomes the official trainer of pikachu after the events of subspace (she likely asked for a pokeball from the pokemon trainer), Samus and pikachu both fight against and with eachother in smash 4, between the events of smash 4 and ultimate samus goes to find another pikachu and she most likely found one in alola because the female pikachu has the sun/moon female protagonists hat, the pikachu falls in love with the female pikachu and they have a child, the child is the pichu in ultimate and the pikachu train pichu before ultimate comes out so that pichu has a chance to win a fight with the other fighters in ultimate, pikachu passes his goggles down to his child, libre pikachu and spiky eared pichu join the fight with the pikachu family that belongs to samus (and since libre pikachu and spiky eared pichu come out of pokeballs, this means they both have a trainer as well. The most likely canidet for who the trainer is of libre pikachu and spiky eared pichu is probably the female pokemon trainer alt. Reason why is because libre pikachu and spiky eared pichu are both 100% confirmed to be female and libre pikachu, spiky eared pichu, and female pokemon trainer are all new costumes in ultimate which means they are all likely related to eachother) This may just be a theory but everything lines up so perfectly that it is all likely cannon. It won't be fully cannon until Sakurai says something which is why this is just a theory but many things just macth up perfectly in my opinion. Anyways have a nice day/night :)

Bro Pac-Man got ripped off, not only in lack of level and music representation that isn’t an arcade reference but in outfits, I would love if he got his ice skates and rollerblades and his other outfits like 2D artwork like his swimming and snow outfit, as well as references to other games like Pac-Man 2 super Pac-Man outfit like in the Minecraft DLC, and best of all have his gold form from World 2 when he uses the golden fruit’s power to be armored up to defeat Spooky as well as his new final Smash because that would be epic and give the world trilogy representation as well as it’s too cool. I really think that Pac-Man could have easily had his shoes and gloves change to reference other things. What If they had metallic shoes to represent Tocman, or Ghostly Adventures. They could have thrown sprite art work over the boots and gloves to show other classic games like Dig dug, or Rally x. A more obscure color idea would be a black and white “rubberhose” colored sonic based on the clone fighters from Sonic the Fighters. In terms of an alternate costume: his attire from Sonic Riders is unique enough that it would be easier to tell the difference between it and the default outfit.

I know someone might have said this before me, but Dr. Mario's green, black, red, yellow, purple and blue outfits actually reference real life hospital practices rather than being originals. All hospitals are different, some color code their scrubs/medical attire based on their profession while others have the doctors choose for themselves. But here is what I found most common in many practices: •Red - While being a reference to the Fever virus, this color scrub is also common for medical technicians, laboratory, and pharmaceutical departments. •Blue - Another virus, this time the Chill virus. This light shade of blue specifically is usually for nurses or medical assistants. •Yellow - The final possible Dr. Mario virus, Weird. This is a common color for pediatric care or hospice care. •Green - Being that this costume is a lighter shade of green, this color could often be reserved for surgeons/surgical staff. •Purple - Many people say it's effectively a "Dr. Waluigi", but more recently, hospitals are trying to switch over to this shade of purple, since it represents strength or royalty in color theory. Also, it's common to see psychiatrists with this shade of scrubs in children's hospitals. •Black - This one is what many people call the "unlicensed Dr. Mario", but it is also popular in administration, labs and even medical students.

I think the grey alt for Bowser wasn’t based off of Morton, but instead original artwork for Super Mario Bros. Miyamoto drew himself. Other than that, great video!

I would've made a Mewtwo alt based on Eternatus, since it's the big boi legendary of Sw/Sh outside of the mascots, and I think Eternatus's colours could look really nice on Mewtwo. It's also noteworthy that while Mewtwo has held the title of strongest pokemon before, the one that holds it now is technically Eternatus.

Good alt ideas. I firmly believe that Mr. Game & Watch can benefit from more than just variations of blue. I imagine that many feel the same way, but Sonic could use some proper recolors in Smash rather than different takes of blue. The black alt is more distinctive now, but the others should follow suit. I think that Charizard could benefit from his striking black Shiny colors. Ivysaur can likewise get a skin that isn't most green or purple... For Wario, I'd honestly just wish to see the cut skins from Brawl return. Nice video, dude!

The wings in particular should be green) -a light pink and blue alt for Zero Suit Samus, referencing Gandryada -a dark bluish-purple and green alt for ZSS, referencing Sylux from Prime Hunters -A green and pink Zero Suit alt based on the Metroids themselves. -A silver alt for Sonic based on...well, Silver. -a light purplle alt for Sonic vased on Blaze the Cat -a Metal Sonic alt -a Snake alt based on Old Snake -an alternate render of Venom Snake -a blonde-haired beige alt based on Liquid Snake as he appears in MGS1 -Another blonde Snake alt with a light grey suit based on Raiden in MGR:R -It is absolutely criminal that not a single Charizard alt is based on its Gen. 3 and onwards Shiny form. Alt 4 has shiny Ivysaur and alt 2 has shiny Squirtle, but Charizard? Nada. Give it to a female trainer alt based on the default look of Gloria, the female protagonist of Sword and Shield. Make Ivysaur dark brown with green accents and Squirtle blue with yellow accents as a fun nod to Rillaboom and the Sobble line -alt render of the trainer based on Blue/Green (whatever you call him) -a Lucas alt based on that one time he wore the Masked Man's outfit. Could we combine this with the existing Masked Man alt to make a much better alt overall? Yes, yes we could. -another Lucas alt based on the colour scheme of the Pig Mask army. And last, but most certainly not least A ROB alt based on the default red, blue, and black of the Switch.

Since Junior is 8 separate characters, he could get Boom Boom, Pom Pom, Kamek, and Hammer Bro. Their bodies fit up pretty well (just make Hammer Bro slightly bigger) for the hammer/wand Boom Boom can use his arm, Pom Pom can use her boomerang, and Kamek and Hammer Bro can just use the existing wand and hammer respectively.

I think it would be cool for the Ice Climbers to get an alt based on Plusle and Minun, Whowere found a s character data in Brawl, rumored to be a duo like the Ice Climbers. Both would get primarily yellow parkas, with the gloves, boots, and usually white liner being blue for Popo and red for Nana.
