Well, as Rick's lawyer, I have 2 defenses. 1. Crimes made outside of Rick's current dimension is beyond the jurisdiction of the governing body that would charge for these crimes. 2. technically he can only be charged for crimes made after last thanksgiving, as he was given a pardon by the US president.
