This detail doesnt help you within your strategy per se, rather it's a process that helps to bring your customers to life... The more you can address your audience as a single person (rather than a big group) the more likely you are to make them feel you're speaking directly to them The real value in the persona comes through in the journey, challenges, goals and emotions they go through
