Our daughter had stomach pains after drinking milk so much that we thought she was lactose intolerant. Now we have both A2 and organic non-homogenised milk from local places with grass fed cows and very good farming practices. More expensive but worth it. No more problems unless she eats elsewhere and gets some other brand milk. Very thankful we have brilliant quality local dairy here (Australia). I don’t have milk anymore myself but I have joint problems since childhood and found regular supermarket milk very inflammatory, ie joints swell within an hour of drinking a glass of milk but I can eat good quality dairy on keto with no inflammation at all!

Well Dr Berg, You said to add a comment so I'm going to add a comment... I just wanted to say "Thank you," you are changing my life😁 you're changing the lives of thousands if not millions of people around the United States, maybe even around the world. Please don't ever change, you're doing an amazing thing that's going to change the future. Anybody else would be trying to make a million dollars off of the information you're giving away for free. And that's exactly what our country needs, we need to have information on how we can fix ourselves. And don't let Hollywood come knocking. That would break my heart, in fact I think that would break a lot of people's hearts, so don't be taken in by them and any offers they might have for you,.. Just stay who you are. You are a wonderful man doing a wonderful thing.. And I'm sure that God will bless you for it. Take good care sincerely your devoted student Tammie Clifford Ashworth💕

Actually, milk is not a good food for adult humans. We r the only species that drink milk as an adult. Milk is for babies and kids up to 5 years old. As for pasteurisation, this is a process to make sure all the nasty stuff that gets into milk is killed. Unless you milk your own cow, I’d not trust any unpasteurised milk. PLEASE EDUCATE YOURSELF!

A2 milk is based on genetics, not geolocation. A2 was first marketed and sold in New Zealand, when they discovered the genetics and found it could be given to children who were allergic to milk.

Wrong. Since ancient times the cows were A2. In the times of the industrial revolution when there was a larger demand for milk, breeders bred cows to produce offspring that produced more amount of milk with larger udders. This made the A1 form more widespread.

Lil mee yeah i eat it every day here in Greece.... its about 40% fat in general and only made from sheep/goat milk. They have very strict guidelines on how its made so it can be called Feta Cheese
