I milk my cow and she is A2. She is a Guernsey. Her milk is so good. Her butter is so good too. Cows are AMAZING animals. They produce so much for us to eat. They take grass and convert it to digestible healthy foods for us.

Indian cows generally called desi cows give a2 milk It is written in Hindu scriptures (Ayurveda) about the benefits of a2 milk. This is also one of the reasons why we call a2 cows as gau mata. The scientific name for a2 cows are called Bos Indicus and a1 cows are Bos Taurus.

Our daughter had stomach pains after drinking milk so much that we thought she was lactose intolerant. Now we have both A2 and organic non-homogenised milk from local places with grass fed cows and very good farming practices. More expensive but worth it. No more problems unless she eats elsewhere and gets some other brand milk. Very thankful we have brilliant quality local dairy here (Australia). I don’t have milk anymore myself but I have joint problems since childhood and found regular supermarket milk very inflammatory, ie joints swell within an hour of drinking a glass of milk but I can eat good quality dairy on keto with no inflammation at all!

Most people are intolerance to A1 and can drinj A2/A2 milk, but remember that it must be A2/A2 and in Europe we have pure breed cows that only gives this milk. Jersey cows, brown Swiss, Fleckvieh, the dutch Blaarkop and the dutch Witrik cow amd there are a couple of breeds over here we prefer over a normal holstein b3cause of thw intolerance to A1 milk in a lot of people

Well Dr Berg, You said to add a comment so I'm going to add a comment... I just wanted to say "Thank you," you are changing my life😁 you're changing the lives of thousands if not millions of people around the United States, maybe even around the world. Please don't ever change, you're doing an amazing thing that's going to change the future. Anybody else would be trying to make a million dollars off of the information you're giving away for free. And that's exactly what our country needs, we need to have information on how we can fix ourselves. And don't let Hollywood come knocking. That would break my heart, in fact I think that would break a lot of people's hearts, so don't be taken in by them and any offers they might have for you,.. Just stay who you are. You are a wonderful man doing a wonderful thing.. And I'm sure that God will bless you for it. Take good care sincerely your devoted student Tammie Clifford Ashworth💕

Actually, milk is not a good food for adult humans. We r the only species that drink milk as an adult. Milk is for babies and kids up to 5 years old. As for pasteurisation, this is a process to make sure all the nasty stuff that gets into milk is killed. Unless you milk your own cow, I’d not trust any unpasteurised milk. PLEASE EDUCATE YOURSELF!

South Carolina allows the sale of unpasteurized milk as well so you can purchase milk either pasteurized or unpasteurized from the farm along with other products. I have a milking shorthorn and an Ayrshire cow who are both A2A2. The milk basically saved my life because I totally stopped being able to eat. Even keto did not help. My whole body becomes inflamed at all grains, most oils, I'm celiac too, and even vegetables hurt my stomach. Basically everything hurts. But then I was able to sip on the A2A2 milk and I am now starting to eat a few things again. I now just drink Kefir made with the A2A2 milk (because I feared more inflammation), I can eat some homemade cheese that I make, and eggs, and some meat, but I have to force myself to eat still. I'm really hoping I can start getting some more healing.

I have just switched over to Jersey and Guernsey milk, I love the super creamy taste. There are still mixed messages regarding the consumption of dairy milks and as I am very tolerant of just about any food out there, I am still putting milk in my golden milk (turmeric tea), regular black or red tea and coffee. I may have to start measuring my milk "allowance" out every day to make sure I am not overdoing it. To be fair there are far worse things that entered my diet and I am taking notes and rooting out all offending ingredients as I learn more. Thanks so much for this channel.

Wrong. Without elevated insulin caused by carbohydrates amino acids in these quantities won't have any significant effect on increasing mTOR which is the indicator for cell proliferation. I’m live in Ohio. I have access to A1 Raw Milk not to far from where I live. The A2/A2 Raw Milk is just too far from where I’m at. But I’m a have to figure out a way of getting my hands on some A2/A2. I’m a look into the place you suggested. Thanks. 👍🥛

I thought Jersey milk was A2 but reading the comment section i'm a bit confused. I search in google and i've found jersey milk was A2. For those who claim that's false , do you have any links ?? And is goat and sheep milk a2 only ? I used to buy raw milk from jersey cow because i thought it was a2 milk .... (I live in France.) Thank you.

Thank you Dr. Berg you answered my question! I want to tell you my son and I have been on keto and IF since February 2018, 6 months already, we fill great! My son has lost about 45 pounds, he is 14 y/o. We started doing 2 meals and now OMAD and rarely 2 meals. He was loosing weight but was always carting a belly so about 2 months ago he cut casein, just doing goat cheese and he started to shrink! We also cut lectins. We started to try this after researching about milk and lectins and I connected the dots knowing that I never breastfed him but fed him with barley and milk formula. So since he is 4y/o. He had petit mal. To me make a lot of sense, his condition also his keratosis p. Shows something is bugging his gut. We have achieved so much and I think we are going to make it. We love our life style, love keto and IF. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, that is greatness. Best for you and family. And I will let you know when my son gets totally clean, healthy and beautiful gut.

Thanks Dr. Berg. I saw the commercial on TV and did not know what they were talking about. I was buying organic grass fed milk at $5.50 a half gallon; the milk tasted better. I will try A2 Milk now and look for those cheeses. I rarely eat dairy and use coconut milk as a substitute. Do they have A2 Butter? I buy Irish butter at the moment.

If you’re gonna do dairy, check with the seller/farmer. Any reliable source is going to have had the cow producing the milk genetically tested. It should be A2A2. To go one step further A2A2B1.

Why do you recommend to not drink milk? All the other milks out there have emulsifiers and create bloating too. The ones that don't have it aren't fortified with anything and are super expensive.

A2 milk is based on genetics, not geolocation. A2 was first marketed and sold in New Zealand, when they discovered the genetics and found it could be given to children who were allergic to milk.

Wrong. Since ancient times the cows were A2. In the times of the industrial revolution when there was a larger demand for milk, breeders bred cows to produce offspring that produced more amount of milk with larger udders. This made the A1 form more widespread.
