Problem with filtering water ...is you also remove magnesium and essential minerals...better to consume mineral water...instead of tap...one other point sparkling/carbonated water packs minerals into the cells...flat water is poorly absorbed.

Learned about this just yesterday while watching episode 2 of Zac Efron's new Travel series on Netflix. I'm so impressed with Paris' water system (using ozone and Uv Ray's rather than chlorine) and also the availability of quality water for free at fountains around the city. They even have sparkling water fountains. I need to catch up on my water research!
@johncordey27694 жыл бұрын
@@sashadyck6825 Interesting...I know this was true in the city of Rome....many fountains source natural water that filters down the hills into the city. The Europeans know more about the benefits of natural water than us here in the UK...Good Luck!

I get strong heart palpitations/racing and increased anxiety and irritability. I love bone broth and I know this is great for gut health but I simply can’t handle it. I even tried a glutathione patch so it’s the most pure type and the same exact symptoms occurred. I get the same symptoms with magnesium citrate.

You got that right and it doesn’t get largely destroyed in the digestive system like pill-forms do. I use an un-denatured biogenetically available precursor that the body more easily absorbs to naturally create more of its own glutathione at an intercellular level. Literally changed my health and very quickly!
