What is in this CAKE will BLOW YOUR MIND! Pumpkin Pie Cake Thanksgiving & Holidays!| How to Cake It

🧡 PUMPKIN PIE RECIPE 🧡
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups canned pure pumpkin and 2 large eggs and whisk until well combined. Slowly add in 1 cup of whole milk and 1/2 cup of pure maple syrup, along with 1 Tbsp of all purpose flour, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground ginger and 1/4 tsp salt. Whisk until smooth. Pour your filling into a 9-inch baked pie crust and bake until the centre the just set, about an hour. Transfer to a wire rack and let it cool completely. When ready to serve, top with whipped Italian meringue and torch for an extra toasty flavor!
🧡 PUMPKIN CAKE RECIPE 🧡
Preheat oven to 350F and line two 9-inch round pans and set aside. In a large bowl, mix together 3 cups of all purpose flour, 1 Tbsp baking soda, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 1/2 tsp clove, 1 Tbsp cinnamon, 3/4 tsp ginger and 1/2 tsp nutmeg and set aside.
In a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whisk together 6 eggs and 3 cups of sugar until the mixture is pale and fluffy. With the mixer on high, slowly drizzle in 1 1/2 cups of neutral oil. Carefully add in 1 1/2 lbs of pumpkin puree in thirds, until smooth. Turn down the mixer to low, and add the flour in thirds until well combined - be careful not to overmix!
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. Let it cool completely at room temperature, then wrap well and chill in the fridge overnight before using.
