My best prank happened when I was around 13 and my sister was 10. She had this wrought-iron 4-poster bed with a large shelf for her dolls hanging over it. One night, I snuck into her room while she was sleeping and covered her with an old fishing net I'd gotten from my grandfather. I then proceeded to run 50 feet of rope with loops spliced into the ends through the posts and the frame of the bed to tie her in place, and used a bike chain to lock the two ends together. As the piece de la resistance, I tied a noose into another rope and used it to hang her favorite doll (one of he ones whose eyes open and close depending on how it's held) from the brackets holding the shelf in place. She actually slept through the entire process, and I made it out and went to sleep with no one the wiser. The next morning, I woke to the sound of a panicked scream coming from my sister's room. My parents were not amused...

I've been watching for a while now but never came across this episode. I gotta good one. A friend of my family (who's basically like an uncle to me since he worked for my grandfather for 30 years or so) started rolling his cigarettes after I explained how much cheaper it was. Often I would do it for him during games of Hearts or Risk on game nights at my house. One week a friend and I had just trimmed 5 large pot plants and I kept a lot of the crystallized leaves around the buds in a little box to mix with my cigarette tobacco for rolling. My "Uncle" asked me to roll him a few smokes and I gladly did.... Halfway through a game of Cards he was so baked we gave him his money back from the winning pot because he was literally too gone to participate any longer... Each cigarette was about 60/40 tobacco/crystal leaves

There was one year where the lead singer of my band roomed with our friend. One semester they where engaged in a prank war. While his roommate was at class, we decided to take his mattress and hide it. We ended up putting it in the back of our guitarist's car. We got away with sneaking it out of the dorm by telling the security guard, the mattress was a prop for a film shoot. The look on our friend's face when he saw his mattress was gone was priceless.
