Ever since the trailer for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom was released, my mind has been busy thinking on how important this new film will be for the series. I haven't been able to
find anyone else talking about the reality of Fallen Kingdom's plot synopsis just yet. Which is odd in my opinion because this chapter is being pitched as the realization of
something that was discussed, way back when the events of Jurassic Park actually took place. Back in 1993, John Hammond invited Drs. Alan Grant and Ellie Sattler to his island
resort.
This is a video with tags on the Jurassic World Chaos Theory or as some people like to type, the Jurassic World Choas Thoery and it is mainly detailing a Jurassic Park Chaos Theory about some Jurassic Park Theories...Okay I'll stop. Seriously, I don't usually do "Theory Videos" and just try to educate everyone and have discussions on the Lore and surrounding mythology of this amazing franchise. But unfortunately in order to rank high I will now begin to say things like Ancient Futures and Jurassic World Future because the Struggle is Real. Also, did you know that Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom Dinosaurs will include the Jurassic World Indoraptor with Malcolm too? Its a Sith Legend. Now Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom Thoughts are pretty mixed right now and Jurassic World Discussion can be pretty toxic if you are getting any sort of information from someone that still thinks that the finale was shown in the trailer which is a real shame. Also the Jurassic World Franchise seems to have been getting attacked for some reason now. I have no idea what could possibly be wrong with Jurassic World History but it feels like barely anyone has even seen the movies they're criticizing sometimes. Also my Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom In Depth videos are done because I honestly love this stuff. I wouldn't lie to you guys about any news or false information and thats being 100% honest. Okay so back to tagging, like I said Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom Trailer Break Down is cool but have you typed Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom Official Film Trailer? Oh you did! Well I'll be an Uncle Scar! :D

Excellent video Klayton. This is what the Jurassic Park franchise is about. Not just Dinosaurs but the chaos vs control aspect that has appeared throughout the franchise. And this is why i love both the movies and the fans. The movies create so much discussion The idea of the movies representing the 7 iterations of the novel is honestly genius, never would have thought of that

For years that is what i thought it would be the sequel of the franchise. I always thought that the producers made that scene to give us clues about the future sequels. Of course all of that were discarded with the revealing of Isla Sorna and the direction they went on Lost World.

Yet another fantastic breakdown of the series. I firmly believe Claire's Dinosaur Protection Group will take a major role in the 6th film, with potential carry-over into a 3rd trilogy in which 'dinosaurs rule the earth'. Claire's conservation efforts may very well prove to be the downfall of man (i.e; DPG's goal to subdue and segregate rampant dinosaurs vs killing dinosaurs that threaten mankind). It seems that the series is moving towards the likes of a Planet of the Apes, or Terminator style timeline, where our own scientific improvidence results in our downfall. It's Malcolm's chaos theory coming to fruition, and hearkens back to Grant's lunch table dialogue.

On the one hand, I always liked TLW's message of non interference, it ended on a somewhat happy note of live and let live, and I wish they could've adhered to that. On the other, I would wholeheartedly approve of seeing Planet of the Dinosaurs if only for how insane such a movie would be.

I really hope the film series goes in the direction of planet of the apes and the dinosaurs take over because that would be such a cool idea. It would be similar to a zombie type story but instead of zombies it is dinosaurs. Fallen Kingdom can end with dinosaurs being let loose in multiple countries, the 6th film is about the fall of civilization, and the 7th film can start a new trilogy where society has fallen people are trying to survive in a world of dinosaurs with no electricity, no cars, no internet, and barely any guns. In a zombie story you can build a fence to keep out zombies, you can kill zombies with almost any type of weapon, you can protect you crops, house, and land pretty easy. Now imagine having a wall build up only to have a t rex smash through it destroying your house, crops, and having to fight it with swords.

Jurassic Park has always been my favourite movie franchise of all time. And not only the movies, but also the extended universe told by many video games, comic books and in a way a majority of the original Kenner toyline. (I mean look at all the animals within the toyline that were never introduced in the movies) I honestly believe Jurassic Park is a story that can never really end, so many stories to tell because of one little incident in an island known as Isla Nublar...

I get the impression that this will be the movie that Trevorrow wanted to make in the first place, but postponed because he felt he was obligued to show the park functioning as intended before moving on with the universe. Perhaps to he did it to show it to the fans before the island is destroyed for good. Perhaps he wanted to lay the ground work again and introduce the story to a new generation of movie goers. Perhaps he wanted a fresh start, in a soft way that doesn't throw out the past canon. Perhaps he in a sense wants to retell the story from the beginning, but this time in a way that lets the story to live to its full potential. When he reaches the point in time where the previous trilogy dropped the ball and devolved instead of evolved, he will continue on the line of trajectory of "maxium story potential".

First off, I'd like to say that I've been watching your videos on the Jurassic Park franchise, and I'm quite impressed in how well you've put these videos together. Secondly, I am realizing that if you and me, (the guy posting the videos) actually sat down face to face to discuss the franchise, I can tell already after watching this video, that we look at the material much the same way. I'm going out on a limb to make a prediction about Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. I've seen some things online that there's a few problems with the movie, but I honestly didn't want to bother with them. The release may get a mixed review, but, like you said the focus of Fallen Kingdom will revolve around concepts that were in the original Jurassic Park, (the book). I'm willing to bet that this is going to be a hit, but we'll get a reaction similar to the last couple Star Wars films. Yes, there will be some outrage w die-hard fans saying that you shouldn't have done this or that. Yet, like you said, this is more than likely the Jurassic Park entry that people have been waiting for. Looking back at JP 3 and JW, I actually see that both ideas presented in the films are quite logical as far as the evolution of the dinosaurs. People were absolutely clueless as to the name of that gigantic long-snouted dinosaur was until Alan Grant dropped the information for Billy to digest. That whole conversation between Alan and Billy is more than likely the best link between The Lost World: Jurassic Park and Jurassic World. InGen was always at work once John Hammond was able to fund the action of creating the dinosaurs, so I think it's fair game to say that the spinosaur was more than likely created in between the events of the first two films in order for the animal to reach it's full growth by 2001 when Alan and the Kirbys reach Isla Sorna. Not only that, but within the past couple days, I bothered to go onto Amazon and eBay to see what different sizes of the animal were available for purchase, AND I stumbled upon an eBay auction that actually had the spinosaurus packaged in a box that was specifically was for The Lost World,......so could have there been a scene or two that could've included the massive animal in the second film?? Here's something that might rattle our brains,.....had the concept for, Jurassic World been for the third film, I think fans would've embraced a storyline that would've been similar to what we got in the third outing. Your video post rather gets me excited for the movie when it comes out in June. I think it's good that they're going back to those earlier concepts of the original book. What they're doing isn't necessarily recycling the same ideas over and over, but like you said, it's reaching the 'full realization' of what Jurassic Park was attempting to do in the first place. That and I DON'T think that the third film is a cheap cash-in for the franchise, but eludes to what I mentioned earlier in my post.

I would like to point to the conversation between John Hammond and Dr Sattler about the illusion of control. This might be another theme playing through the series. Whether by caging, fencing, genetic engineering or taming and training: the illusion remains.

One of the things I absolutely love about the franchise is about how it tampers with old things, namely all those old species of dinosaurs, but also the presence of futuristic technology that's buried in the plot and gives the impression of lost promises... Kind of like in the original alien movie. That and the presence of abandoned facilities and knowledge, make these movies really appealing to me. Who didn't smile seeing the Wrangler in its white and red glory roaming Jurassic World?

IIRC the original novelisation of Jurassic Park had an epilogue where it was implied at least some smaller dinosaurs had made it to Costa Rica by swimming and island hopping, they also could find lysine rich crops to eat to get around their control thing... seems to have been dropped as an idea after the other movies came out. Could still happen, as the camoflaging Carnosaurs from the 2nd novelisation did get recycled into the I Rex.

When I was a kid the first novel I ever read was Jurassic park. It was the perfect thing for a kid to read, and reread, and later reread over and over, including the sequel. I was 7. My first interpretation was Dinos cool, but man should not play god. My second was Man can play god as long as they aren't massive evil corporations. The last time i read the books, I picked up on what you been saying for the last few months. That being that every action no matter the intent has a cause and effect, that you probably never will know the full consequence of. A world where dinos rule and terrorize man was hinted at in the books, and to the massive credit of the comic writers was picked up on there. So in short I've been waiting for a AAA budget Cadillacs and Dinosaurs for almost 30 years! :D

When I think about Dino's being on the mainland, I've always jumped towards carnivores on a rampage but it would be cool to see something huge like a Bronto just walking around New York and how they would have to deal with that. Thank you for addressing this. It's really good insight seeing as we know that the writers/directors of the JP franchise have had trouble in the past with how to direct the series and it's sequels.

I don't read much... but I was in a serious injury when the two original books were released & have the Malcolm stuff from the first book deeply ingrained in my psyche as a result of me being stuck with limited entertainment back then.... I totally get what you're saying in this video... very cool.

Even JP3's character development doesn't compute with the dinosaurs and mankind's arrogance playing God.

This is my favorite video of your channel because of what you’re talking about the interesting themes and analysis within the franchise that talks about the consequences of hubris, greed, abuse of technology, and playing God.

Great video once again. I love your insight, and I whole heartedly agree that this is what JWFK needs to be. I feel like Michael Crichton would be proud to see this evolution of the franchise, and I cannot wait to see where they take it next. It would be awesome to pick your brain sometime about the thoughts and ideas you have for this series.

Couldn't agree more. Good video. I read that JW 3 will be the very end of this franchise. I've been waiting for a JP that is more along the lines of the forts movie, science and the the whole genetic power conflict. It really seems that JWFK will be a great sequel, as it may actually be the closest film to the first JP.

A LOT of heavy stuff to ponder here. But that's *good* because IMO, a well-crafted science-fiction story that makes you THINK (like the "Jurassic" franchise) is the BEST kind! Well done! 😊👍🏻👍🏻

Loved this as usual. I really look forward to this new film, the implications of the way the series is moving remind me of that old tv show called "Terra Nova", and the Dino Crisis games for ps1. Both of them I really loved. Btw if you like novels I have one for you. It's called "the dinosaur lords" it's a trilogy by an author named Victor Milàn, to make a long story short, just picture "a song of ice and fire" (the novels from which the HBO's Game of Thrones is made) and jurassic park put toghether. It's knights on dinosaurs, and it's beautiful xD

Great vid! In this scenario, I think that some of the smaller dinosaurs like the compys, pachys, dilos, and raptors will be the most able to survive on the mainland as they would be more elusive than a Brachiosaurus. I imagine that groups of people would form armed militias to combat this growing threat.

This is assuming that the dinosaurs are being transferred to the mainland, which didn't even cross my mind as a possibility. When they showed Nublar erupting and the dinos being relocated, my initial thought of where the animals are going would be Sorna. From everything mentioned in the movies, Sorna should be far enough away that the Nublar eruption would have a minor impact on it, mainly some ash clouds reaching them, if even that. If the Nublar eruption would kill off the dinos on Sorna, then i would think humanity would have a lot more to worry about than saving dinos, since that would put the eruption on super volcano levels with massive consequences on human life. If they use the excuse that the animals would die to the wilder inhabitants of Sorna, i would say that the dinos on Nublar have already had to adapt to a wild setting after JW was shut down, whether they live or die in Sorna would up to them. Honestly, i hope they don't push the series towards a Planet of the Apes scenario where dinos start not just destroying the current ecosystems, but also devastating the human population, because I am sick and tired of post apocalyptic films. While the series toys with the idea of dinos and people coexisting, i always found that their roots in Doyle's "The Lost World" should probably remain true, that the Dino's have their own ecosystems in isolation from the rest of the world, with humanity being the invader and having to either adapt or die because of it. While a post apocalyptic film would probably go well with Crichton's work, the man has a habit of depressing me in his books, Spielberg's adaptations have always focused on more positive conclusions, bring a sense of hope and wonder that is very much a part of the Jurassic Park film series. So I for one hope that the relocation is headed for Sorna, with the negative aspects being the discovery that INGEN had done a lot more genetic hybrids than expected and these are either making the relocating difficult, or will present a problem for the next film.
