Is kapalbathi is not good for asthmatic people? I thought it's good for them because Google and few youtube channels are showing kapalbati Is good for asthma Iam following your channel since a year ,learned a lot Thank you And kindly help to clear this doubt .
@NamasteYoga3332 жыл бұрын
Bhastrika is really good for Asthmatic problem. Depending on the seriousness of the problem; if asthma is not very bad then you might do kapalbati. In kapalbati we do not focus on inhaling, and forcefully exhale, which is why sometimes asthmatic people can go out of breath really fast. So you can do Kapalbati, but do it slowly.

How long to do bhastrika ?
@NamasteYoga333 Жыл бұрын
There is no simple answer to this. Every person is different. Some people might feel hyperventilated after 10 breaths, some can go on up to 200. There is a systematic way to progress to advance level in pranayamas. This course has all the necessary details namasteyoga.offeringtree.com/online_store/the-ultimate-pranayama-course

Namaskaram . I am your subscriber and I have been watching all your videos and practice it . I have a personal question if you can answer it please . I started doing Sambavi mudra for 1 week . The problem is I get very anxious when I do it . I cannot concentrate at all . Is there any benefit if I do like that . I feel relaxed comfortable when i do Your mudras and asanas. Is there any problem .
@NamasteYoga3332 жыл бұрын
It is very normal to feel that way. Our mind is very agitative. If you think that you HAVE to concentrate then it will definitely rebel and you will feel anxious. While doing asanas you are not focusing on the mind to be one pointed that is why you feel it is easy. Continue doing Shambhavi but do not expect your mind to be quiet. That is the nature of the mind. Just accept it, and whenever it wonders off and you realize that, just simply bring it back to the practice.

I don't know what the terms mean? Like kampalbarti and all. Please try the English version when you use the technical words to help us beginners
@KrishnaChrist10 ай бұрын
Kapalbhati is an ancient Sanskrit word. There is no substitute for these words in any language. Kapaal = skull. Bhati = glow.
