Ngannou is a human outlier. But so are most top, top athletes, regardless of sport or ethnicity. He's not the first human to have these attributes and he won't be the last. Most humans with such potential, won't necessarily choose that path, they might not even really focus on sport. So it's the combination of his rare traits and choices that makes him who he is. Sure, athletes like him don't come around every day. And it's not just a matter of his biology and physiology. There are humans today on all continents, from various populations, probably within range of Ngannou, in terms of physiology and potential. Not many, but they are out there. However, his path, his drive, his heart is what truly makes him unique. His decision to be an athlete and his dedication. His physiology is indeed rare, but not singular. But the other aspects, where he comes from, why he does it and how hard he goes for it, is what truly makes him one of a kind.

@jessereichbach588
@jessereichbach588 Жыл бұрын
@@ddii2786 I think the insane population levels, along with the long period of time it takes for significant biological changes on a population level, means we won't see any difference in our lifetime or our children's. Sure, T levels are dropping, but population levels are INSANE. I mean in 1950, what were there 2.5 billion people. Now only 70 years later, there is near 8 billion. Human population has been exponentially growing. So it doesn't matter if T levels drop overall, there are just so many more people many are still going to hit the athletic jackpot. Now maybe another few thousand years from now that will have greater effect on the overall number of great athletes. But we are still producing, as a global population, top level athletes. And really, the Y chromosome itself is progressively becoming shorter, losing information. In a few million years there might be no such thing as male humans at all.....

I was so wrong about this guy in the second Stipe fight. I'm glad, too. He came back humble and yet ready to tear Stipe apart, and yet poised and patient! @BEAST TV ........ He has literally lost twice to people still fighting in the division. He's a Scary dude for sure, If he stays humble and keeps improving he will dominate, but if he has people like you in his ear telling him he can't be beat he will make the mistake of not taking someone seriously enough like he did in his first fight against Stipe. I respect anyone that will get in the octagon with Francis to take a shot.
