Hey everyone. Are you doing the Mary's Mini with me? How is it going for you? Leave a comment below about how your January has been on SS or MM. - Joey

For my 50-50 breakfast I've been adding frozen riced cauliflower/veggies (Like Trader Joe's Mexican Style) to steel cut oats and maybe a frozen nugget of garlic. Savory oatmeal! SS compliant, filling, easy, tasty. it's perfect. Probably wouldn't work for MM though since most people probably wouldn't pick OATS as their one starch.

I have always wanted to do an Oats MM, but could never sit down long enough to come up with like 5 oat recipes. I think if its done right, it could be really good.

We love Japanese Red and Hannah sweet potatoes. They are best baked at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. We grow sweet potatoes. Never pierce or poke the sweet potato! Sweet potato leaves are delicious!

The food looks amazing! Love watching the interaction between you two! Fun couple. So I really like the lettuce wraps, hash, and fries. I’m assuming you used the tofu recipe, potato fry recipe and the potato hash recipe, correct? Except for the seasoning on the sweet potato fries, you used warm spices. Y’all are great. It’s cold here in Texas today, 28, chilly, so a good soup for today. Thanks guys!❤ can’t wait for the warm weather.

Hey, Joey. Thanks for this one. I noticed that your video thumbnail should be “ate” instead of "at.” Probably not easy to fix. My OCD editor self again. 😊

Yikes. It's an easy fix. I'll take care of it. I can't have grammatical errors. I am a teacher. Ugh. Ok, thanks so much for looking out for me.

I have a question, and I truly mean this (sincerely) if it's something you'd consider answering.. How did you choose a common last name? I come from a different upbringing which the last name of any is taken from a male of a male/female partnership, but other cultures don't do that, and still other cultures don't have the female change the name.. So I ask as a humble, naive person who would like to understand, how did you choose a last name?

It's a long story that revolves around Lexx. He is already from my blood line so he and I are connected in linage. I wanted him to have something that connected him to Tim. So we all got Tim's last name in the marriage and adoption.
