The Just Egg hack? Life altering. I made an "egg" bake with veggies and mushrooms, put it in the oven, 40 mins, portioned it all out for McMuffin-like sandwiches. Ready to go. Thank you for sharing. Soooo good and no oil! Like you, Joey, no black salt for me! Yuck.

You live in a beautiful area! I think the key to the scramble is adding a lot of veggies like you did. I’ve made it before but I think if I add more veggies it would be much better. The one pot pasta dish looks amazing and I will do this more often. Thanks for using the cashew powder in the sauce, I have a big container to use. Nice sorbet!

I appreciate you trying the "egg" breakfast! So happy to find a whole food version of Just Egg. Love my overnight oats, but this looks like a great option when I need a change. I also want to thank you for the BBQ Beans recipe I see often on your show. It has been a favorite of mine. I cook it up and freeze the leftovers in Souper Cubes so I can quickly pull out a block and reheat for an incredible "fast food" those busy days. So appreciated!

We buy that just egg mixture at fresh thyme store. We love it made with mushrooms a little bit of the black salt a little bit of dairy free Parmesan cheese grated, garlic powder, onion powder. We put it in an instant pot 3 quart pot inside a 6 quart pot and put it on for 15 minutes. Absolutely delicious. I’ve been looking for a good homemade just egg concoction and I can’t wait to try this one.

So if you add the black salt before cooking, the taste will disappear. It needs to be sprinkled on at the very end, just before you eat it as the taste dissipates quickly. Truly, you are wasting the salt if you put it in at the beginning and will be wondering why it doesn't taste like egg.

Hi Debbie. We have this machine right here: amzn.to/3YHfLNU You don't add anything but the frozen fruit. You take out the fruit from the freezer, let it sit for 10 mins to start getting soft and then push it through the machine. The mung bean egg recipe is from Cheap Lazy Vegan, but I think the baking powder is to make it make it fluffier. Not sure if it actually does anything. Thanks so much for watching.
