Great video! Loved hearing about what others watch outside of the RV channels. We watch a ton outside of RVing too! KZbin is a lot of fun as a creator and it’s neat to see so many unique personalities and the stories people tell. We love it.

Its so awesome that we can search for virtually anything, anyplace, any fix and find it on YT. Everyday we find new channels that look interesting!! Thanks for watching and commenting.

Love how many different channels are out there! KZbin is all we have watched for tv for years. Unless we’re staying places with no service of course. We watch a lot of random channels. Cleetus McFarland, outdoor boys, camping with Steve, and several rv channels. It’s fun to be inspired by everyone’s way of creating content.

Hey guys, I'm with Pam on this one. I find myself tuning into the true crime stories. Especially when they involve highly educated people. "What were you thinking?" keeps popping into my head. I hope you guys are enjoying your 'home time'. Are you getting the itch to take off? Rock on RoadSmiths!!

The funny part is she tends to watch these shows when we go to bed at night....so thats my last sound before I fall asleep....listening to yet another murder case. We will be heading out in early June in the "little rv" so it will be interesting.

He used to do "what makes this song great" and again...mostly from a guitarists perspective....and thats why I watch Drumeo..same idea...from a drummers perspective.
@JandAReview17 ай бұрын
Hey Ken! Just to let you know I’m a drummer as well. We played on the road for 25+ years in the Gospel music field. Yes we had the big tour bus in which we camped in after we quit traveling. I’m involved at my church as the worship drummer and occasionally we get to take the camper out for a long weekend. Thank you guys we enjoy your content!
@TheRoadSMITHS7 ай бұрын
Thanks. That’s sounds awesome touring. We did play in some other venues that we were invited to but mostly our church. Contemporary Christian music is so uplifting. I do miss it but when we travel we seek out churches that have that that type of program. Appreciate the compliment.

Loved hearing aboutyour favorite channels 😊. We've never thought about watching sailing channels but ya got me wanting to go check some put. It would be interesting to see how life at sea differs or resembles rv life. Thanks for sharing your favs!
@TheRoadSMITHS8 ай бұрын
This was a fun one for sure! We are pretty sure the sailing life would be much harder than the rv life! For some reason, they all seem to be “beautiful people”, too, so that alone disqualifies us! 😂 Thanks guys!!

Thanks so much! Yes, since I (Pam) can’t always get local channels as we travel, I can always tune in on KZbin to Dateline! Yeah, we all know there are times we face negative situations, but we don’t exploit them; just try to be honest and transparent. Thanks so much for watching and commenting! Safe travels!

I am new to listening to you. I like the positive folks. I am getting tired of the channels who constantly sell stuff, they go to many campgrounds just for the reason of giving them a bad review. (and I dont even go to New jersey or Penn. ) and they have videos on about every other day. They Endlessly put out the drama catching headlines to draw you in, then you wondered why you watched. Thanks guys.

Thanks you. This lifestyle, while not always glamorous, it such a blessing and the things we get to see and people we get to meet, its hard to NOT be inspired so why not share that. Very much enjoy watching your channel. And your most recent ones on hidden coast of Florida. We want to put that area on our go to list. I first found out about your channel from the Brazen Brits, through a previous collaboration. For another collaboration subject, I would be interest in knowing how you go about putting together a KZbin video. My interest is that I have the desire to start my own KZbin channel, not really for general public, but mainly for just documenting our travels and what fixes and upgrades we do.

Thanks and thats a great suggestion since after 3 years of doing this we try and employ what we have learned and believe people could learn from our mistakes. I will be sure to share that idea with the group!!

Hi! We clicked on you guys due to a mention from one of the other collaboraters of these videos. We appreciate the collaboration videos so thank you. Interesting the diversity of all you guys! One travel channel we like is RV America Y'all, amongst many other channels. They are full timers driving a motor home (like us), originally from Texas (like us) and very down to earth. They do a good job of explaining many aspects of RVing. We've only met them once but consider them rv friends nonetheless. Another channel I really enjoy is a cooking channel called In the kitchen with Mama Mel.

Love all that you shared and covered!! So actually I (Jodi) have watched a couple of those sailing channels we were introduced to Vegabond through Kara and Nate. Oh my Pam you made me giggle today when you were cleaning those knives LOL! I love Dateline but never watched through you tube. Oh I watched that garden answer gal so much for a couple years while I was building and learning for my garden her parents property and garden was amazing and she helped me with so much!! I love workout videos and I watch a lot of health channels !! YES Ken !!! 😊 Love how you ended this we agree we have actually quit following quite a few channels that just kept doing way too many dramatic thumbnails and videos saying they were always quitting or breaking down and we have just vowed unless something really happens that may be helpful we aren't going that route. Wish others would just quit clicking and encouraging it also the negative and bad behaviors we agree to Stay positive and promote the great , positive and quality work others are doing. We like to laugh , be entertained or get informed in a good way! Great video thanks for sharing!

Thank you for standing up against negative RV channels. These are not healthy places to go. Seems if these creators are not having fun with their RVs they should do something else. Unfortunately, it seems KZbin is fostering this type of content. For sailing, might I recommend "Gone With The Winns"? Alway interesting alway upbeat...

Yes. People love train wrecks unfortunately. We do understand documenting bad stuff that happens but we try and find the positive in it as well. Last year we had numerous problems but it did not stop us. Yes Gone with the Wynns are awesome as well and we were going to include them but they slowed down for a bit getting their new boat ready. They are also from Dallas and they actually started RVing before sailing.
