Not true. My friend, who has been an officer for a while now, did not have to wear a bodycam at the beginning of his career. Around 2016, he was required to wear a bodycam. He explained to me that within the first few years of his career, he had arrested plenty of people he knew in high school.

Officer Shutterly did powder and diaper her boss. Damned well should taken pics and she was well aware. I 99% of the time side with LEO’s but Shutterly and her immediate that responded to the drunk corporal did disgust me and make me feel embarrassed for them. What things were done to fix this?
