I did too! I was in my 20’s and couldn’t afford a gym membership, but let me tell you it was fun and helped me get fit after having my kiddos….Calanectics was the other workout, that I still do, if you ask me pilates ripped off Calanetics, you don’t need equipment to get fit just the will. Anyways I hope Crowder witnessed to Richard, he is so sweet, and like all of us we need Jesus 💕

And all Christians should realize their sin, as the Holy Spirit convicts, and make a concerted effort to turn from sin - again with the help of the Holy Spirit - regardless of what their sin is, including all types of sexual sin which is any sexual practice outside of the Biblical pattern/plan for sexuality. The Biblical pattern/plan for sexuality being: sexual relations within the confines of God-ordained marriage, that of one man + one woman. May the Lord aid every person in their intent and effort of repentance. May God bless you!

You cannot continue living in sin, intentionally and daily committed to living in that sin, and confidently say you are following Christ. Christ tells us all that we must be born again, that we must pick up our cross and deny ourselves. Please do not lie to people and tell them they can stay in their sin and follow Christ. Those lies will send people to hell.
