These so-called kung fu "masters" are novices. Why not show a real master vs an MMA fighter? In reality, that would be pretty hard to find since traditional martial artists are generally appalled by the huge ego factor in the UFC world and prefer traditional style martial arts tournaments.

Real masters wouldn't do much better. As ego driven UFC or other fighting competitions are there is a big advantage to training and fighting against people with different techniques that you don't get if you just practice 1 style of martial arts in a bubble.

If you train like a monk and mix that with MMA, you will be unstoppable. None of those "best" MMA fighters have bodies like REAL monks and endurance nowhere close to theirs.

An MMA is a mixed of different martial arts while kung FU is just one art, if observe Chinese opponent barely use their kung FU art but instead adopting what MMA does bcoz kung FU art is not effective in MMA world
