Thanks a lot. But my mum called her to cuss her ass out for the hurtful things she said and did to me, like cheating on me and leaving me for her low-level ex despite our talks about getting married. She asked her to return everything she had taken from me including money and gifts. However, I am still in my no-contact mode, despite how hard it's been because we had genuinely great and lovely times together. She took good care of me though and later claimed she was with me for the money when pressured by the dude. Shaking my head!! I have forgiven her and long for her, but my mum says she can't allow a cheat and chameleon like her back into my life.

Narcissists always cheat with their ex , they will leave you for no reason on your behalf. They don't like being held accountable and they have no empathy. Narcissists enjoy making people upset because they think it gives them power over you. A narc will leave without any explanation in hopes of tearing your heart out..If you are dealing with a narcissist, you would be wise to stay in no contact. Stay Away...period

I begged a little. I wrote a letter. I felt guilt because i thought i pushed them away. She replied but cold, emotionless and told me she doesn't care about me. Then i stopped talking to her. Exactly what happened in my case , mine Called saying a mutual friend said I told them to contact me I smiled I told her sorry I never did such , she said she’s been asking about me , she told me she is surviving by his grace . I didn’t stay long on call I wasn’t cold , when excited either , I asked was this her phone number , she didn’t know why I was asking I was asking because I deleted and blocked her from reaching me so I was surprised she did . She felt I was gonna contact her back afterwards I didn’t . I guess that sent her the right message , is never a good ideal to take an ex back in most cases , when a glass is broken you can’t forge it back even if you do , the cracks will always show . Guys in most cases move on . Sometimes I come back to coach Lee to smile and laugh remembering the days I gave out stupid power to people who didn’t worth it

A bit of a NC success story. I found myself on Coach Lee's KZbin channel about 2 half months ago, fresh out of a breakup. I literally spent hours and hours (to many to admit) watching his videos, over and over again, I'm pretty sure you'll see my name in comments on every video, desperately seeking answers and comfort from anyone. I was broken. I applied all the techniques in all the videos, and sure enough...we are in reconciliation, taking it very slow. Everything played out EXACTLY like Coach Lee says. If you do no contact correctly, you get the time and perspective to see that relationship for what it was and realize someone better is on their way. It's easy to think, when you're wrapped up in someone, that just because they're the best you've had so far it means they're the best you'll ever get. Most of the time, if you really committed to no contact and invested all that energy back into yourself, by the time your ex shows back up you've taken reconciliation off the table.

This is smiliar to my situation. I had this special person. Very caring and loving and has high interest and desire towards me. There was one time we stopped talking because i couldn’t commit to her yet. When we stopped communicating i did everything to get her back and she told me she was seeing someone already. However after i found one it didn’t work out with that guy for that guy ghosted her/left her less than 3 months or so. I started connecting with her and so did she with me and asked her if something happened between that guy and she said she did everything for him especially giving herself to him because she liked him. It was a disappointment for me because how can you give yourself to a person that easily and left you just like that. That held me back for committing to her. But i still showed her and gave her what a boyfriend would do for his girl. February i distanced myself to think if im ready to be committed to her however she didn’t want it anymore. For a month of march i tried to get her back but failed and told me to move on and might find someone better. So right now i have walked away and stopped communicating with her even though she wanted friendship. Oh well.🤷🏽‍♂️life as we know it.

Coach Lee is right. After 14 days of no eating & sleeping, I looked like the walking dead. 1 month now, I feel sooo much better. I pushed him out of my mind 1 day at a time. It’s a hard practice but doable. Now I think of him less & more more of myself. I have neglected my body & spirit too long. It’s time for much self love. I feel prettier & stronger ea day. I was dumped in March, 2022. I had given some pushback at the moment it happened. I then surrendered to the breakup. I gave it to him. From that time in he was confused that I didn’t beg him to come back. That went on until recently. He actually is giving himself time to be by himself which is great. Better than a rebound relationship. I went full no contact this whole time. I am now with someone better, someone I never imagined I could be with. I’m deeply grateful. Coach Lee has mentioned in many videos that after 2.5 months, sometimes 3 - 4, you have nothing to lose anymore in breaking NC. Unless you know the other person is in a new relationship. So if you don't know or if the person isn't, you CAN send a message, if you decide to. I know I will once I reach that point if she hasn't contacted me, as I feel getting closure is very important, whether it's reigniting the relationship or a clear definitive ending. The point of NC is to make THEM feel the breakup too, and give them doubts, and all that. But it affects us too! So after a good amount of time has passed, get some closure one way or the other. If they don't want back in and are very cold doing so, then we know it's over and bye bye. Why he says it makes sense after this amount of time is that sometimes the dumper would want to contact us but hesitate out of fear or rejection and so on. Either way, you can find out! But again, not if you know they are in another relationship - and never do it too soon! But that's not your case, 3 months of NC when the relationship was 10 months, it's enough.

@@MVProfits I don't think I'll ever reach out first, the way she turned so cold during the break up was too much for me to comprehend, especially with how warm, friendly and happy she was with me before. I'm not even sure I would take her back at this point, I don't know how I could trust her to not break up with me again on a whim, when her feelings or mood changes. I miss her, and would love to go out and talk over a drink, but I'm not going to reach out. She's posted on her socials quotes about decisions and the universe blah blah. She knows where to find me, but it will have to be her idea to talk to me again. I've got some self respect left for that at least. I know when I'm not wanted. Besides I've met someone else now, still too early to know where its going to go, but it helps with moving forward.

For ages I wished with anything that she would reach out, she never did, I then realized she left me for another guy and that was the final straw, I blocked everything but her number so it couldn't hurt me anymore because I decided I had done enough pain and just wanted myself back and to be happy again and as long as she was looming over me on social media I would suffer. I am going to be really honest with you guys. Coach Lee methods really works and he knows what he is talking about. I used the no contact rule with my ex for 4 weeks. Honestly 4 weeks and she called back saying she misses hearing my voice and wants to talk about again. My advice is to stay busy and keep your mind occupied. Do things for yourself and do things make that make you happy. I know it will be hard at first but just stay busy and block the urge to contact. More than likely they will come back

Doing NC helped me to stop, regain control of my impulses to save a “situationship”, and reflect on what needs were not being met by my ex. I was so unhappy in the relationship, but when the breakup happened I didn’t want to let go. Now I truly want to move on. My ex is contacting me while I’m in NC, but I don’t see him the same way. I guess these videos and implementing NC for myself made me realize I don’t like the idea of someone leaving me and then coming back. It feels gross, toxic, and unhealthy to do NC to wait on someone to come back. I am now turned off by the idea of taking someone back a second or third time. If someone feels comfortable taking the risk to lose you by breaking up with you, then this person is not really ever going to truly value you moving forward. My opinion but to each his/her own. I actually have to disagree with the not valuing part. Everything else you said resonated but in my humble experience, I learned to appreciate the person I broke up with. I realized my mistake and that I took him for granted and I prayed he would even consider and be open to take me back. When he did, I did everything in my power to make sure he never doubts my love for him and how I appreciated him in my life ever again. Of course, 5 years later, he broke up with me and that’s why I’m here now, watching this video. I've heard it though the grapevine that it has to do with a conversation I had with his 19 yr old daughter & some hard truths about her father I said when she asked me questions but honestly I'm not sure. He started backing away prior to my conversation with his daughter (I suspected a third party & even asked) The letter I have written,but not sent, simply says I THINK I may know why he's angry at me and would like the opportunity to have a conversation with him to clear the air and for him to hear things directly from me. Honestly, I'm at a total loss about the whole situation. If what I heard through the grapevine is the reason he is angry I'm prepared to own up to what I said and apologize for it. I guess I just feel that if he wasn't still very angry towards me he would have attempted to contact me or at the very least unblock me. IMO he is the type of person that when he's done he's done no matter the reason.

Well I messed all this up but my wife(13yrs) has agreed to Church counseling for us. We have had contact and even spent many days together. I have backed off a lot though after the initial devastation and evaluated myself thoroughly. I'm a better man as a result of all this suffering. Always look at yourself first! Dont ignore this or you will make the same mistakes in the future. I pray we can reconcile. Coach Lee, I’ve never yelled at my X. He became so upset at me during an intimate moment. About something I’m uncomfortable with. It seemed like a shame spiral I witnessed. He could hardly calm himself. Like a switch flicked into an alternate reality. It appeared to be a trauma to him. Unable in that moment to consider my feelings. Yet I still managed to say I didn’t want to loose contact and that I was trying to be non toxic. He discarded me on spot. Kicked me out and said there’s nothing to talk about. Yet I feel compassion and anger, hurt, wishing to explain I never wished to hurt him. I’m confused if this warrants a clean slate statement? No contact for about 6 weeks now. It’s very hard on me. I hope I can afford a coaching call soon to try to get clarity. I usually don’t mention such personal details on social media. Maybe I should have not. Thanks for your videos.

At the strongest I've been in a long time. My motivation for using no contact is to benefit myself alone and it's providing me with the perspective that my relationship wasn't what I want. My ex always left. Not having that in future relationships so I've discovered a relationship with effective communication only is one that I want. Not ghosting and crap like that under the guise of "space'. Helped me asses what I don't want in a partner which is everything my ex offered me,c self centred, no emotional empathy, no understanding/patience/compassion. I pushed my ex to breaking point due to causing arguments all the time over silly thing's and would expect her to come running back to me. It wasn't all bad, we did have a fantastic connection on the days we weren't arguing. Last week I said something ridiculous that she apparently can't shake off and doesn't look, or feel the same way towards me now. The following morning we woke up and she told me she doesn't want the relationship anymore, I tried my best to speak with her but she wasn't interested at all... I cried, begged, and promised thing's would change but it didn't phase her in the slightest. She wants time and space to clear her Head and to get out this "depressed" state shes apparently in that I was never informed of before until the day of that break up. I've tried giving her time and space but I always get the urge to reach out and I do, but I never hear anything back. I'm Trying to do NC now but in this situation I don't think it's going to work unfortunately, I don't think she has that desire to reach back out to me anymore even though she said she would. I'm still holding on Trying to fix something that she probably doesn't want to fix anymore and it's killing me slowly inside. I know I've messed up and blew my chance with the girl I wanted to get with for 2 years, then when we do I ruin it. I'll never forgive myself for this. She lied, put no effort and broke promises often and had avoidant behavior. She wasn't always this way but I offered her the option to reconcile if she is willing to put in the work in the relationship. She argued with me and ghosted me after dismissing my needs and met another man a week later and then had sex with him a month after that. I unfriended her to save my sanity and help myself from the hurt she put out by ghosting me and then branching off to a new man. I've honestly given all hope awhile back on her coming back but on the bright side I need someone who appreciates me and I am moving on slowly... Day by day it gets better eventually. :) Also, we dated for 6 years almost. Thank you Lee.

NC 11 months, not a single word from her.. I can only assume she found a better option... NC doesn't work to get an ex back, though it helps to move on somehow. I've seen countless ppl get their ex back by talking to them after a few weeks no contact. Those like me who went indefinite no contact never heard from them. If the dumpee can move on after some time, imagine the dumper, who already moved on before breaking up... by the time the dumpee feels better, the dumper is MILES AWAY

I agree. I think NC is only for moving on. If you lose contact and connection - you lose it. Why would you ever connect after months to reunite? It would be interesting to get stats of reuniting after NC vs keep on talking approach.

Me and my ex have been messaging a lot more then usual now and texting, we didn’t end on bad terms or anything, we went NC for a couple of months, we aren’t back together but I’d say taking things slowly

Coach Lee... I gave her No contact for two months....then I texted her from another phone because she blocked my phone number.... I basically told her how she wronged me ... I apologized for my mistakes....she texted back "You said your peace.... I've forgiven you....we texted a couple more times, and she now unblocked me on the phone. We're not talking on the phone yet, but we are texting....that's a huge step because she was so angry at me before the No Contact. I don't know if we're getting back together, we may...but at least she has forgiven me, that's a start

I walked away from a relationship I was not prioritised in. I took back the power and knew my worth, she since made a beeline for me which I told her if she wants to speak she needs to set the time aside and find a time that I am free and not expect me to be ready whenever she wants.
