Hello from Ohio. I’m sorry I don’t have any pork chops recipes, my hubby doesn’t like them. I just wanted to say hi and that I love your videos. For the past two days I binge watched every episode 😊. We had a huge ranch house and backyard chickens for years. For health reasons we had to move and I miss my chickens (and shopping at Tractor Supply 😅). Honey, Dijon, garlic. Take them out of the pan when they’re almost done and thicken/carmelize the sauce. So yummy,

I love bbq pork chops in the oven, it does take around 2 hours baking at 350 cover with foil after using a bbq sauce turn it over after the first 45 minutes and bake continuously after another 45 minutes take the foil off and let it brown, it’s so tender it will cut with a fork!

My family likes Asian style pork chops. Balsamic, sweetener of choice, we like agave or honey, tamarin or gf soy sauce, garlic, ginger green onion. Marinate for a few hours and either grill or oven. I feel the balsamic changes the texture and caramelizes the outside. Beef Shank is so yummy. One of my favorites.

I just do a simple oven baked pork chop. Just heavily season and bake with pats of butter on top, being sure not to overcook. I also account the cooking time with some time to broil and get a good texture on the outside at the end. Super easy and quick. Meat thermometer is your friend to have a good texture 💜

Pork chops with apples and sweet (or not sweet onions) start out with a huge frying pan, melt some butter and toss the pork chops in . peel, core, and slice enough apples and 1or 2 onion to cover well. Toss on a lid. Slow cook chops until brown on one side and then add more butter and flip the entire mess over with the pork chops on top brown side up to steam through apples and onions. When pork is cooked through and tender remove apples and onion and add 2 cups water and 2 chicken and 1 beef bullion cube. Simmer for a few then add a corn starch/ water slurry stirring until gravy is thickened. Dump the apples and onion back in until heated through.You can also do this in a crock pot. This goes great with mashed potatoes, mashed turnips or mashed cauliflower.

My husband takes thick pork chops and sears them in a skillet then puts them in the oven at 375 degrees until they reach 160 degrees internal temperature. They are delicious.

Porch looks very nice😊. On the subject of inflated prices, it’s totally ridiculous and a scam. One product increases its price so the other manufacturer says well ok let’s rip the folks off if they can we can . “ In my opinion 😢
