Beauty is subjective, it depends on what you're looking for. All ethnics in Indonesia have their own features and unique in their own way. I just went to Medan, Lake Toba last weekend, very interesting place and culture. Spoke to a few friendly local Batak people, they were very nice. Horas! Generally, I can say, local Indonesian women, are well mannered, soft spoken, polite, welcoming and friendly. I admire their lifestyle, very simple, and they work hard. I'm half west sumatran, but raised in Malaysia but my heart and soul stay in Indonesia, and planning to retire in Indonesia one day.

But u talked 80%about that they don't like to be brown. I mean it's o.k. to meantion it and give one or 2 examples. Also yr preferences may be interesting, but keep it short. Yes, that's how your children will look if you marry Indonesian women. I have had an interesting experience chatting with some guys of Indonesian-European descent. They feel fortunate with their physique. When in Indonesia, girls who like Western men will admire them, and when they are in Europe, girls who like exotic or not too white guys will also admire them😁 Basically, Indonesia is the most heterogeneous country. I think even the United States is behind, I'm not sure. Indonesian women, from what I know, have married men from various continents. It's only South America that I haven't heard of.

I don’t believe dark skin is a status symbol in the USA or perhaps even in much of Europe anymore. People have become very aware that sun exposure increases the pace of skin aging and nowadays, people are doing whatever they can to not look like a grandmother or grandad in their 40s and beyond. Also, I have spend a decade living in Philippines and two decades living in Taiwan and it’s apparent to me that Taiwanese have a noticeably better skin quality than urban Pinays, even those from upscale areas like Makati and even the locals you see in BGC. I’ve taken several Filipinos to Taipei, including a whole family recently and know some OFWs from the south of Taiwan. Most of them noticed the superior skin quality of Taiwanese women too. Women with pale skin in Asia look more feminine and more educated somehow and there is a noticeable correlation between education/socioeconomic status/image/popularity of women and their degree of whiteness. Ideally, they can have pale skin typical of so many urban Japanese or Korean women, I’ve worked my adult life in various parts of E. and SE Asia but am a white American man of Germanic ancestry. My sister, who used to bake herself in the sun when she was younger regrets trying to get darker back when it was a thing because it has aged her skin prematurely and caused a lot of excess damage to her elastin fibers, especially noticeable in her face and neck.

I am speaking to a Batak woman now. My guess is that I think the strong personality perception is based on an Indonesian scale. Im from the U.S. and the U.S. has strong personalities culturally. From my perception, she's really nice, humble and sweet. I think that's why me and this Batak woman are working out pretty well so far. But Only time will tell, great video sir!

As a non-Asian, I've been trying to figure out the phenotypes across Asia... as in which features are more prevalent among which people. SEA seems quite a bit more mixed than the homogenous East Asian countries so it's not so easy to tell who's who. For one, I'm trying to understand the Arab and the Dutch influence on appearances there.

I have been in SE Ssia for over two years of my 14 years of World Cruusing. We al2zys hear " Philippines Philippines Philippines, blah blah blah.or it's That Thai Thai. Then there is less about the Vietnamese woman, and so on. I was originally targeting the Philipine woman because of their English, and their long term western influence. I have subscribed to many, many different channels that are talking about the women and cultural aspects of relationships in these SE Asia countries Because of "The Minimalist Nomad" videos suggesting Indonesian women in his mind were the best...I thought what the he'll. They are all saying Boots on the Ground so since I was in Indonesia I began to see just how right he was. Much less scams, and generally more unspoiled by Western Bullshit. "Minimslist Nomad" is a very organised and analytical thinker. His experience in all these counties is about as "Boots on the ground" and actual experience working in these countries. Sure he is not extremely entertaining. Unless you want to know the facts. In that case he is entertaining as ever could be.
