ഞാൻ 20 വയസിൽ 48kg ആയിരുന്നു ആദ്യത്തെ ഒരു വർഷം മാസ് ഗൈനർ തന്നെ ആയിരുന്നു use ചെയ്തത്. Underweight ആയിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു വെക്തി ആദ്യം massgainer എടുത്തു weight കൂട്ടുന്നത് നല്ലതായിരിക്കും(കൂടെ വയറും ഇറങ്ങും) അതിനു ശേഷം whey proetin എടുത്ത് lean mass ayal മതി. അല്ലാതെ ആദ്യം whey എടുത്താൽ കാര്യമായിട്ട് result വരാൻ പോകുന്നില്ല ഇതു gym ഇൽ പോകാൻ ഉള്ള motivation നെ ബാധിച്ചേക്കാം.
