I'm left handed and wear my mine on right with the dial on my inside wrist. I think a few lefties do this. I find it's easier when doing something left dominant task to give a quick glance down to your inside wrist rather than turning your arm over. I am a bit amby tho cos I write left but scissors right and golf / bat right.

Interesting point of view. For some reason, I cant get use to doing that

Got ya. I do the same. Im left handed, but i have more awareness wearing my watch on my left so I wear mine on my left instead of the opposite. But once again, people have their own preference just like you do. Thanks for the comment!

Given the typical crown location at 3-o'clock, I prefer right wrist wear to prevent the crown digging into my wrist when I flex it. I personally find that uncomfortable.
@iamdarryl2 жыл бұрын
Gotcha, your statement makes sense. I respect your preference choice.

I write with my left hand, but I can write with either hand. I use tools with either hand, and usually when one gets tired, I just use the other one. The only thing that doesn't work left handed is scissors and cutting tools like them. I was told to wear a watch on my right as a child, but I don't think there is an advantage to it. Either seems to be fine, and having easy access to the crown on my diver's watch is very helpful. Oddly enough, even though I write left handed, I mouse right handed so my right actually gets more use than my left these days. Moving the watch permanently to the left! 👍

Dude, as a lefty, I feel your pain with scissors ✂️. Yup, I always wear mine on the left !
@lobuxracer Жыл бұрын
@@iamdarryl Even more funny - with a chef's knife, I always cut left handed. With a carving knife or a serrated knife, I always cut right handed. I'll actually change hands automatically if I pick up a knife with the "wrong" one.

so glad i’m not the only one who does stuff like this, my friends and family make fun of me when we’re eating because i’m always switching different utensils between hands. Being ambidextrous is even worse sometimes than left handed, but they’re still similar enough that we both know the struggle is real 😂
@grassytramtracks Жыл бұрын
@@lobuxracerserrated knives usually have the serrations to correct for the natural twist when you cut in the right hand, so you have a straight slice of bread, but in the left hand it goes with the natural twist and gives you a wonky cut

For the Casio f91w and friends, the right and only button is for 24 to 12 hour. You pick one and don't switch all the time lol. So only the left buttons need to be hit. If you wear a crowned watch though that would make sense. But then again, you don't operate the crown with wearing it, unless you're a fjcking caveman barbarian that wants to break the stem and get leaks and then talk trash on WatchuSeek lmao
