Where is the trailer hitch receiver? Do they come with one?

It's a shame that in April 2022 I tried to spend $8,000 at a Pape Ag & Turf dealer. Signed the papers to order the attachments and never got a call back. Guess my money isn't good enough to buy these great pallet forks, much less the tiller, the post hole auger, and the brush hog.
