Browned butter is AMAZING on everything. I just browned up like 2-3 lbs of the butter the other day, then strained it to remove the milk solids before putting them into separate jars in my fridge for later use. It makes savory and sweet foods more delicious!

@@eunamanzano6872 That's what I've done for years and the butter is still delicious. I think it's because the milk solids already infused the flavor. And I remove it for a reason as it's what makes the butter last longer in storage. Besides, when I cook it in large saucepan, it becomes thick and a cake-y mess, it's not the same as just melting butter to make brown butter for a small recipe like brown butter asparagus. I cook it for like about an hour to get all that butter to a nutty smelling/tasting goodness.

@@eunamanzano6872 Make sure you keep an eye on it because once it turns brown, it'll turn quickly. Just use your eyes and nose to determine readiness and remove from the stovetop as it'll keep cooking. :)

Became your fan after I succeeded in making your perfect chocolate chip cookies. And today I made these. It was soooo yummy! But the only problem I faced is that i don't have salted macadamia nuts. I made your 1/2 tsp salt to 3/4 tsp but it was still a bit sweet.. I guess I should've added 1 tsp salt. Thank you for sharing your amazing recipes. Makes me want to make more and explore more.

I have made them yesterday and they really nice. I made 12 cookies and next time I'll make 16, they turned up pretty big. DON'T WORRY IF THEY ARE TOO SOFT AT FIRST AFTER TAKING THEM FROM THE OVEN. They will become more crunchy and hard as they cool down. Don't repeat my mistakes haha.
