Sweet potato(100gms) - 86 calories, 20gms carbs(3gms fibre and 4.2gms sugar) and 1.6gms protein Potato(100gms) - 77calories, 17gms carbs(2.2gms fibre and 0.8gms sugar) and 2gms of protein Macros are almost same and both have good amount of fibre, sweet potatoes are very high in Vit A on the other hand potatoes have good amount of Vit C. Potatoes wont spike your blood sugar levels if you eat it in a healthy balanced diet consisting of a good protein source and some healthy fats. The concept of glycemic index is only applicable if you consume a particular food alone. Potatoes and grilled chicken with some nuts or a spoon of olive oil makes a healthy and tasty muscle building diet.

Nakul Rally Bhai actually roti me bhi mainly carb hi hota hai agr aalu ke saath roti khaoge to carb thoda zyada ho jata hai and protein boht kam. So best hai ki aalu ko chicken ya bhurji ya aur koi acche protein source ke saath lo😇

We didn't eat them (sweet potatoes) in the childhood but they have always been a part of our food culture. In Sanskrit, they are called 'Sitaluk सितालुक' and in Hindi 'Shakarkand'. Our Ayurveda has gone very deep and told us the different effects of eating roasted and boiled sweet potatoes. Also, they have been labelled as the destroyer of 2 doshas: Vata and Pitta So, I also decided to try them, and surprisingly I went on to successfully lost a few kgs of weight by including them in my meals. 😍

Because we, almost 80% indians use this oil for making their everyday food. We heard lots of benifits for Baba Ramdev and also heard cons about this oil by someone else. Fact 1: Mustard oil is banned for edible consumption in the EU, USA and Canada, principally due to its erucic acid content. TheUSFDA requires all mustard oil to be labelled “For External Use Only”. Fact 2: It is safe & consumed in other countries of the world. Reason: Still a mystery.

Both are almost same in nutrition. The difference come how do you eat them. Generally you eat SP boiled, while WP as chips, fried or in tarkaari.

Sir does WHEY Isolates have BCAA, glutamine and all that necessary amino acids already cause suppose we puchase any product there is label but it says only about protein content .. then there are some products in isolate chain they speak about these BCAA glutamine contents.... So the confusion is whether specific brands give them extra or is it available in all isolates ???

if i follow good bulking buy by excess caloric intake is somewhere around 800-1300 and my exercises are constant, would i gain fat or loose muscles? Really confused.. need help. guru bhai aapki baat toh bilkul theek hai as allways but ek baat aapne cover nahi ki indian gharo mein you know sabse jayada potato sabzi mein use hota hai aur gharwale kaha sabzi sweet potato use karne denge.sweet potato ko india mein log potato samajhte hee nahi hai usko woh alag se snack samajate hai jo kala namak nimbu lagakar maze se khao you tussi teh amritsar toh hee ho.
