Doctor here. Baldness is inherited from mothers, not fathers. If a mother has a bald father or brothers, she might have the gene, and pass it on to the next generation. Only Lily's children have a very high chance of becoming bald. The other biological kids are male, and, unless their mothers have bald close relatives, they might or might not become bald. But it won't come from Phil.
