As someone else posted the robot did finally sell for just under 30k, and for those wondering who bought it, the new owner is Bill Payne; he owns Straight Up Racing, a rather sizable monster truck team based out of Port Orchard, Washington. Man, it's so sad to see how things have gone for you guys. It was really cool that you actually got to fight in it, but I really feel like you guys might end up having been jut a bit too ahead of the times to make it. That said, I have immense respect for you guys. You took the risk to try to make your dreams come true, and you did actually get to fight a giant robot battle. The only way to guarantee payment is to require immediate payment, and then lower the price over time if you don't get any bites. It doesn't matter if you're selling something cheap or expensive, you always get people that bid that won't pay.

You know if you did regular videos youd beable to generate income. Whether its future projects or you just messing around with stuff ,the more consistent you are the more likely you are to bring in more viewers. Ie more income . I like what your trying to do but it seems like your more worried about your debt rather then what your trying to build or revolutionize. IMO, your first mistake was selling it on eBay. There's state fairs, event promoters, demolition derbies that would LOVE to buy a giant car crushing robot at a going out of business price, but the people with that kind of money aren't rolling around eBay looking for their next attraction. Your second mistake was selling it for only a week. Your third mistake was making it an auction and not a buy it now or best offer listing.
