After 50 years as a Oneness Pentecostal minister, Joel Hemphill came to the understanding that not only is the Doctrine of the Trinity not scriptural, but that modern-day Oneness doctrine is lacking as well. While Brother Hemphill still holds to the Jesus Name - Apostolic message, he has come to the realization that the Jesus Name Apostolics in the Book of Acts were not proclaiming the post-biblical Oneness view of God. They did not declare God as three “manifestations.” Rather, they declared the Father himself as the only one who is truly God. And, Jesus, not as God, but rather God’s virgin born human son - the man whom God has “made to be Lord and Christ” (Acts 2.36). The Apostles in the Book of Acts taught repentance and baptism in the name of Jesus “Christ” not Jesus “Our God” (Acts 2.38).

Amen. Unitarian monotheism is what Jesus and the Apostles teach us in the Bible. It's been a long hard road but true Biblical unity is replacing the false man made trinity. Christians are coming to their senses and seeing who the real heretics are. The trinis robbed, murdered, and destroyed many unitarians in the past for not accepting their trini doctrine. They will thank God we are more gracious, merciful, and forgiving.

Six years ago this truth was revealed to me, a nobody in the world's eyes, and i didn't know what to do with the information. What a blessing for such a well-known, well-respected man to have been chosen to receive this incredibly important truth, and to be so fearless in his proclamation of it, to the great honor of the One True God, and his glorious Son's true accomplishment, as a man like us. To honor God Almighty with the glory that is rightfully his, we have to KNOW who he is. Appreciate you so much brother Joel. I ordered and read both of ur books (To God Be The Glory & God and Jesus). Thank u so much. I left my oneness church in 2012 and heard the samething when entering into another one "it's time for me to reveal myself to u". God introduce himself not only to me but to the whole congregation of that church. Every verse u went over, every utube sermon of urs, etc....I just want u to know that I appreciate an honest man who truly fears God and wants nothing but the truth to be taught. The church in Acts had no name. They never called themselves Baptist, Catholic or Pentecostal.Yet the church was united in their beliefs.They all had the same doctrine and beliefs.. Unfortunately today holiness is overlooked. No holiness is not dressing a certain way. But holiness is modesty---holiness by the power of the Holy Ghost will cause believers to cover up. We all men are excited by SEEING. Women want to be SEEN.We are our brother and sisters KEEPER--so we should not TEMPT each other to LUST by the way we dress.

The greatest problem of Christianity is trinity and son and father. 10 commandments says, God said don't bring other gods against my face. Jesus is not god, or god of gods or a begotten son of god. Tell the truth to Christians.

The trinity as defined by the church is the strong delusion that led the whole body into apostasy. Worshipping a man as God Almighty, the great abomination.
