The ransom note is the key. Its completely inconsistent with the case. Everything about this case stinks and I truly believe boulder police know exactly who did it and don't want to or legally can't prosecute the person responsible. Someone knows who did it. Remember the grand jury decision? Why was that never followed through. I truly pray someone comes forward and finally gives justice to jon benet Ramsey. Make an anonymous call if you have to. Do the right thing!

Also, John and Patsy quickly surrounded themselves with lawyers and refused follow up interviews with the police. How very strange is that? As if to say solve the case but we won't answer your questions

The secret here is that the Ramsey’s lawyered up immediately with powerful attorneys who were able to persuade the DA to let go of this case.. Of course they are aware that the Ramsey’s were responsible for this murder, but money and power talks..

Funny how John and Patsy apparently believed this supposed 'intruder' hated them so much he went to the crazy lengths of entering their home on Christmas night, then took their child from her bed and sexually abused and murdered her (with an elaborate garrote he made himself at the scene), and even left behind a long letter 'in his own handwriting' - yet they have absolutely no theory for police about who that individual could be! The Ramseys knew exactly who the killer was - John Ramsey. He killed Jonbenet unintentionally during dangerous, sadistic sexual abuse with the garrote, cutting off her air supply for his own perverted pleasure. He found to his horror he went too far, and could not revive her - then he enlisted the help of his wife to cover up what he had done and preserve their privileged lives together, with the desperate and far-fetched 'intruder' story. An ordinary, working class couple whose child was found strangled by garrote in their home in the same circumstances (and revealed at autopsy to have suffered chronic, long-term sexual abuse), would have been arrested and charged with murder within 24 hours. Not to mention where was daddy for an entire hour on that day saying he's going to "pick up the mail" yet Mail gets delivered through the mail slot??? My guess is breaking the window and/or putting jonbenets body in the basement

Yep, police should not have let John and Patsy Ramsey out of their sight that morning! John Ramsey undoubtedly used that missing hour to tamper and get rid of evidence never found, including the roll of duct tape placed over Jonbenet's mouth. He is as guilty as sin in Jonbenet's strangulation death - and wife Patsy colluded with him in covering up what he had done, hence the fake ransom letter in her handwriting. It's disgusting seeing the arrogant John Ramsey touring TV studios aged 79, talking garbage about 'DNA evidence' he knows full well doesn't exist - because as he also knows, an intruder does not exist. This infamous crime was an inside job by the Ramseys - had they been an ordinary, middle/working class couple they'd have been arrested, prosecuted and jailed within a year of her horrific death in their home, and their 'care'. John Ramsey obsesses about DNA as a classic 'misdirection' technique used by magicians. While you're looking over there, where he wants you to look (DNA), you are not looking at the REAL evidence in this case, namely the autopsy results proving Jonbenet suffered 'chronic, long-term' sexual abuse (by him, the sole, adult male living with her - link to more details below), and the ransom letter proven to have been written by Patsy. JR and JR alone is the guilty party in this case. Breakdown of the RN and what its purpose was. "We respect your business but not the company it serves" This is an easy one. This was put in the RN strictly to misdirect LE to JR's job .... When you get into things like "Bring a Large attache" and "if we see you getting the money early we may arrange for an earlier delivery" no one knew what or why those were put into the RN until now. The attache had the victim's DNA in it and packing peanuts all over the place . I don't think we need to brainstorm for very long to know what was being packed in that attache, it is odd that kidnappers would care about what sized attache would be used, that is unless you were alibi setting to your wife and everyone else that you would be carrying a large attache. I think that JR had planned on getting PR and BR out of the house and then he would get the attache out of the house but if you needed a plan where you were carrying an attache out with a body in it and your wife or anyone else may see you with it then you put it right into the RN and now if anyone sees him carrying it , there are no questions asked because he was just following the instructions in the ransom note . He was going to take JBR's body out of that house under the guise of picking up the ransom money from the Bank. "If we see you getting the money early we may arrange for an earlier delivery." This was added to ransom note because JR was not sure when he could get PR and BR out of the house, so he was working with an unknown timeline and this gives him a window of opportunity. Since there was no time attached to this statement, JR had freedom to decide when the time was right, for instance he could have waited until it was possible to get the body out of the house and when PR asked, Why did you leave to drop the ransom off 10 minutes after I left ? JR could say the kidnappers contacted him and he had to follow their instructions. This statement gives a window of time to dump the body whenever JR wanted. "The delivery will be exhausting." JR was heading to the bank to pick up the money but then he would need more time than that to pick up the money and bury JBR. If you have an exhausting delivery this gives JR an excuse for what took him so long picking up money from the Bank, in reality he was picking up money AND dumping a body but this gives him an alibi for why he was gone an extra 2 hours or however long it took him. "The small amount of the ransom." The ransom amount was so small because the person who wrote it is the one paying the money out of his own pocket and most likely burying it forever with the body. JR had to part with that money for forever so why bury a million dollars when you only have to bury 118,000 and one years bonus ? Secondly , JR had to be able to get that money out of the bank asap. He had to be able to get that liquidity and quickly. The amount that he had accessible and could get in the next couple of days was most likely his last deposit of that bonus check. These are the reasons the Ransom Amount was so small. "If you want to see your daughter alive again" "She will be beheaded" "You will be denied her remains for proper burial." These statements are all preying and attacking PR's religious beliefs in order to get her to follow the ransom notes instructions. PR's #1 religious belief was that you had to have a proper burial in order to have an afterlife. Who would know this and know PR's religious beliefs in that much detail. PR's religious beliefs are attacked repititively throughout the ransom and the main point the author is making is do NOT call 911. "The practice ransom note." This was not a practice RN at all. The only thing that was changed was the header. I am sure that JR struggled with who to address the RN to. He changes it to only himself as it then gives him the power and authority over all decision making and basically gives him control over the situation, which he desperately needs. "JR checking his mail that morning and LE and everyone thinking it is odd." Well of course it is odd considering your daughter is missing but I have a hunch as to why. The kidnappers could not call and contact JR because of phone records and JR not being able to be in 2 places at once and call himself. So what would he do ? I think I know.... The next correspondence from the kidnappers could not be a phone call but it was most likely going to come in the form of another letter and through the mail. JR either stuck the letter in the mailbox the night before or mailed it to himself. Now that LE was in the house that letter needed to be destroyed as it was more evidence. Under the guise of getting the mail , JR gets the instruction letter out of the mailbox and destroys it. Keep in mind that the ransom note was never meant to get into law enforcement's possession, it was going to be buried with JBR and the instructions letter. JR fully expected PR to listen to the ransom notes instructions When she didn't he now had to go into the basement with LE in the house, move the body into the wine cellar and restage for a sexual assault in order to cover up the previous nights and prior sexual assaults. Thus why you now have what looks like 2 crimes that have baffled LE and everyone since the inception of this case. It isn't 2 separate crimes, it is a crime that was interrupted and changed. It was going to be a kidnapping but had to be changed to a sexual assault with the body not being able to leave the house. All of the evidence now lines up perfectly and it is the ONLY way that it does. JR ALONE is the guilty party in this case.

It does account for the additional missing pages from the notebook. But then again why the pineapple and why fingerprints from only burke and patsy? And also the ongoing SA. I think the extent of his involvement is unknown, but patsy fingerprints are all over the entire process.

@deathpunch23 PR would be the one who does the dishes so her fingerprints would be on every piece of silverware in the house , not sure why this seems to not be so evident to so called sleuths. The same thing goes for the PR was wearing the same clothes all night so she is guilty people. It is ludicrous and applying just a little bit of common sense and logic to it proves the exact opposite. If PR was up all night committing a murder and staging then the very last thing that she would do would be to wear the same evidence filled clothes that she wore all night AND then call the police on herself AND with the body in the house and staging incomplete. If she was guilty of anything and trying to cover it up , then she would have been up before her alarm went off and been in the shower , exactly like JR was. JR originally was going to frame his wife. Remember that duct tape with PR's fibers on it that was put on her after she was deceased ? Everyone thinks it was staging, it was staging but it was put onto JBR for a different reason and that was to point the finger at PR . That was purposely planted on JBR by JR to frame his wife. Also recall that JR went directly to the RN pad and out of any other pad in the house but rather went directly to PR's and handed that pad over to LE. It is not a coincidence ,just think about it... ..

Your eyes still adjusting from sleep… You see papers on one of the steps… You skip that step because you don’t know what it is… You turn to read what’s on the paper… You then skip the step again to go back upstairs to JBR room to realize she isn’t there… You scream for JR… He hears you scream from the shower on a different floor of the house… JR runs towards you… You tell him JBR is gone and there is a RN on the stairs… JR runs down stairs to see the note… Two people are up and down the stairs and come in contact with the RN… Not a finger print or foot print was found on the RN… They never touched the RN… Didn’t step on it even in panic… That is amazing my friends… That’s not even what convinced me that the killer came from inside the house… The door of the room that JBR was found in had a latch lock from the out side… it was unusual high up… A outsider wouldn’t know it was even there… It’s been many years, but I recall it being said that LE tried getting into that door upon first arrival and they couldn’t because it was locked… Even LE was unable to notice it…

At the very beginning, the media put out that JB was strangled to death & that was the Medical Examiner’s Report which was Correct. The blows to this child’s head were just After that. Who did the old switcheroo & for what reason? You have No idea what was going on behind the scenes with those lousy & ever deceitful Cops. The Authorities Plus Forensic Scientists, Proved Intruders Were In That House. One half of the public are still back in the Old Days, you all need to Catch Up, it is Not still 1996, 1997, 1998. Expert investigators Continued Working This Case. Soo many in the public domain are stuck in a friggin Time Warp. The BPD took the note to the Secret Service & they also hired 2 Renowned private experts, all 4 said No Ramsey wrote the note. The Ramsey’s attorneys also hired 2 of the best in the country & both said the same. **From the 1st week of 1997 til 2007, DNA testing was done at 3 separate labs. Within the 1st Two Weeks, the results of DNA testing were back - from under JB’s fingernails - Unknown male DNA, mixed with JonBenet’s DNA. Steve Thomas & his cronies kept this vital result from the DA for 7 months. The same Steve Thomas who later went on to Pretend that he was lead detective & he still does. Two spots of blood were in the underpants but were Never tested. Steve Thomas constantly talked about the book he was going to write. It wasn’t until the grand jury were to convene that more DNA tests were ordered. The blood was JBs & Same unknown male DNA - saliva mixed in a spot of her blood in the underpants. This DNA from an unknown male wasn’t developed enough for CODIS at that stage. Desperate Thomas worked Very hard to keep the Fact that there was Unknown male DNA evidence, from the public’s consumption. The BPD were ‘leaking’ false & misleading information to the media & the frenzy continued. Eventually the BPD were made to Publicly apologise for doing this to the family but This Fact has been forgotten/not known about by the general public. The BPD’s cops Should have found JB early that morning, though a Search for her was never carried out as it was a Ransom note. Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they Failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. The broken window was Not where the perps got in the house, but That is Not the point. Only America & one other country still has a stupid grand jury system. It is unfair, unjust & doesn't work. The jurors only hear from the prosecution, who get to pick & choose what evidence is presented & which witnesses appear. There is no judge, no defence lawyers & unless subpoenaed by the prosecution - No experts to rebut Whatever is presented. As a consequence, the jury vote on the side of the prosecution 98.6% of the time. And the BPD withheld a great deal of vital evidence. The vote was never for murder. John & Patsy never received subpoenas to appear & so they were prevented from testifying. They wrote to Governor Owens about this & he didn’t even reply. Unlike the jury, the general public & the media, the DA Saw all the evidence known about at that time as did Lou Smit, one of the best investigators in the country. Less than half the States, still have this abysmal grand jury system. The DNA alone Proved just how Wrong the jury Were. The investigators Present refused to target the Ramseys but Unfortunately Steve Thomas was brought into the case 3 days later & his goal was to make a name for himself. 18 months later he illegally took evidence material from the BPD, snuck off on a ruse & then resigned on national TV, an act that was unheard of in law enforcement history. Of course, that was his marketing Ploy for his book of BS, blaming Patsy because of a notepad & he commenced book tours. He was promptly sued for that book of lies, but soo many have forgotten about or don’t know about That, also. He garnered money from the public for his defence but come time for court, he refused to get on the stand to back his Story. The case was settled out of court & he lost every cent of the hundreds of thousands of dollars he made from that book. The investigation Continued with a bevy of actual Seasoned private investigators who had full integrity & worked tirelessly Unpaid to catch the highly sadistic killers of this child & at the same time, they hoped to save another. What guilty person, let alone Two, would subject themselves to soo many interviews with soo many reporters on national TV & for Years? NONE. The Ramseys continued that til Patsy died in 2006 & John continued the same & does to this day. Very few know about a libel case in 2003 - Wolfe vs Ramsey, where Federal Court Judge Carne got to go over the evidence known about at that stage. Carne declared the Ramseys factually innocent due to the 'Abundance of evidence that pointed to an intruder'. All can read that 93 page document online. She also had quite a bit to say about Steve Thomas in relation to his role as a police officer & about some of the BS in his book. She was particularly incensed about him stating a time of death for JB when he was not a doctor nor a pathologist. He did That to suit his own agenda & for that book, being for, his own financial gain. Carne was also quite scathing in relation to Cina Wong who tried to present evidence about that note when Wong had no qualifications to call herself a writing analyst let alone an expert & she never had the original copy of the note. Pages showing fake writing As If Patsy’s writing ‘samples’ & As If from police files, continue to appear on vids about this case. The pages are all Fake. Wong put out a video of course, showing a whiteboard with writing ‘samples’ As If Patsy’s, it’s all Fake. The public have Never seen Patsy’s writing. The Ramseys & Loads of others, including known pedos, were Cleared by the DNA a Long time ago. The DNA from unknown male was developed & has been in CODIS since 2003. The FBI’s national database only accepts Qualified DNA. Further testing in 2007 - Same unknown male DNA at 2 places on the waistband of the long-johns, on the inside & the outside there. This was a very Very well Planned crime for money & revenge. Glenn Meyer took the notepad when he invited himself to the Ramsey's Xmas party on the 23rd. Simple stuff really. There are many reasons why kidnapping has Always been a rare crime. One needs to take the time to Think about Why. This plan - JB was Never to be taken from the basement. The BPD took the note to the Secret Service & they also hired 2 Renowned private experts, all 4 said No Ramsey wrote the note. The Ramsey’s attorneys also hired 2 of the best in the country & both said the same. **From the 1st week of 1997 til 2007, DNA testing was done at 3 separate labs. Within the 1st Two Weeks, the results of DNA testing were back - from under JB’s fingernails - Unknown male DNA, mixed with JonBenet’s DNA. Steve Thomas & his cronies kept this vital result from the DA for 7 months. The same Steve Thomas who later went on to Pretend that he was lead detective & he still does. Two spots of blood were in the underpants but were Never tested. Steve Thomas constantly talked about the book he was going to write. It wasn’t until the grand jury were to convene that more DNA tests were ordered. The blood was JBs & Same unknown male DNA - saliva mixed in a spot of her blood in the underpants. This DNA from an unknown male wasn’t developed enough for CODIS at that stage. Desperate Thomas worked Very hard to keep the Fact that there was Unknown male DNA evidence, from the public’s consumption. The BPD were ‘leaking’ false & misleading information to the media & the frenzy continued. Eventually the BPD were made to Publicly apologise for doing this to the family but This Fact has been forgotten/not known about by the general public. The BPD’s cops Should have found JB early that morning, though a Search for her was never carried out as it was a Ransom note. Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they Failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. The broken window was Not where the perps got in the house, but That is Not the point. Only America & one other country still has a stupid grand jury system. It is unfair, unjust & doesn't work. The jurors only hear from the prosecution, who get to pick & choose what evidence is presented & which witnesses appear. There is no judge, no defence lawyers & unless subpoenaed by the prosecution - No experts to rebut Whatever is presented. As a consequence, the jury vote on the side of the prosecution 98.6% of the time. And the BPD withheld a great deal of vital evidence. The vote was never for murder. John & Patsy never received subpoenas to appear & so they were prevented from testifying. They wrote to Governor Owens about this & he didn’t even reply. Unlike the jury, the general public & the media, the DA Saw all the evidence known about at that time as did Lou Smit, one of the best investigators in the country. Less than half the States, still have this abysmal grand jury system. The DNA alone Proved just how Wrong the jury Were. The investigators Present refused to target the Ramseys but Unfortunately Steve Thomas was brought into the case 3 days later & his goal was to make a name for himself. 18 months later he illegally took evidence material from the BPD, snuck off on a ruse & then resigned on national TV, an act that was unheard of in law enforcement history. Of course, that was his marketing Ploy for his book of BS, blaming Patsy because of a notepad & he commenced book tours. The Present officers had No problems believing the Ramseys were genuine & Linda Arndt wrote a Favourable report about the Ramseys & said their behaviour was appropriate to the circumstances. The media went into a frenzy because the body was found in the house & they considered that to have been on Arndt's watch. She arrived at 8.10 a.m. with detective Patterson. It was actually Her who moved the body to the living room. Eight cops & detectives arrived at various times that morning, Nobody was looking for JB, it was a Ransom Note. It was the Cops who should have found JB early that morning, Not her poor father that afternoon. The BPD then went into damage control to save their Own asses & so the BS began. Arndt was put on desk duties, didn’t like what was going on in the office & was gone by May. Her next job was as a tree lopper. Many today still believe that Arndt was the only officer at the house all day when That is not true either, she was on her own from 10.30 a.m. Next - she had great acting lessons for that Performance on national TV because she was after a book deal Too. Next - she tried to sue the BPD for Money, but lost the case. Her report to the BPD was in the public domain & so, she was Caught as a Liar & later retracted all she said in that abysmal interview. Somewhere along the line she had Regret at least & when Patsy was dying, Arndt went to see her & apologised for all she had said for the TV audience & vowed to help find the killer. BTW - Lying loon Arndt knew Full Well the note said Tomorrow but deliberately didn’t mention That in her interview on TV. The Ramseys gave the cops free reign to their house from the minute officer French walked in the door just before 6 a.m. because they had Nothing To Hide. They spoke to the cops & detectives in total, for Hours that morning & after JB was found. Burke was interviewed when still at the Whites at 2 p.m. by detective Patterson, Neither parent was present, nor did they know that was happening. John spoke with the Ds that night, Patsy was bedridden by then. Arndt asked John for them to go to the PD on the 28th. The Ramseys had already witnessed how inept the cops Were & John hired a private investigator straight away. All Ramseys gave the required samples & John spoke to the Ds for 2 hours again that day. He asked Eller to speak to Patsy at the house where they were staying because she was so ill & medicated, Eller refused to do that. Steve Thomas was brought in because the Present investigators refused to target the Ramseys. Thomas had Zero experience with Any murder case before & thought he would make a name for himself from this high profile crime & later dubbed himself as lead detective when he was Not. His partner was an auto-theft officer. The BPD rarely had a murder & this was the first for '96. The next 2 up the ladder had No experience with homicide Either. The BPD refused help from the FBI, the CBI & the Denver PD. The present investigators had no concerns about deception but Then the body was found in the house when the Cops should have found her early that morning & the BPD went into damage control & so, the BS Began. False & misleading information was already being leaked to the media. The Ramseys were told they were being targeted & advised to get lawyers. Very sound advice & the Right of All citizens. The talk was through the lawyers then, That's how it Goes. John went on to hire 3 more private investigators. What guilty person, let alone Two, would subject themselves to soo many interviews with soo many reporters on national TV & for Years? NONE. And John continued that after Patsy died. He & John Andrew continue Still. The general public know Nothing about this crime & know nothing True about this case. Most don't even Know what Actually happened to JB. The Ramseys were Proven Innocent a long time ago, it is way over time to leave the family In Peace. Patsy liked to wear red for Xmas & had bought a new red sweater that had baubles on it. She wore that to the White’s Xmas dinner & a pair of black pants. On the 26th, they were to meet John Andrew, Melinda & her boyfriend at Minneapolis airport & all flying on to their Charlevoix house for a 2nd Xmas gift-giving. No doubt Patsy wanted to show off her Xmassy sweater again. On the morning of the 26th, she threw that on with the same pants, re-did her make-up & was ready to go when she went down the stairs. She planned on having a bath when they got to their holiday house, after the long flight. Patsy was using the Wall phone that was near the kitchen. In the Real recording of that call, Patsy hanging up the handset on the cradle is Clearly heard - CLICK. IF the cops Actually had Any Ramseys in the background because Patsy didn’t hang up, the recording would have been played til the end & all would have heard CLICK. And, Steve Thomas refused to have that call forensically sound tested. Funny that. It was before 6 a.m., pitch dark outside, no-one around & they were terrified. Who would know how long the cops would take to get there. After that Desperate 911 call, Patsy called the Whites, the Fernies - for Help. Mrs Stine too but she couldn’t come. John Fernie later called their pastor for prayers & comfort, it was going to be a long wait, the note said Tomorrow. The cops called 2 victim’s advocates to come. 8 cops & detectives arrived at various times that morning, Nobody was looking for JB, it was a Ransom note. John did Not go straight to the cellar. He & Fleet White were checking out the broken window, looking for any glass at all. They had checked the 2 cupboards in that co-joined room first. The cellar was the next room at that end of the basement, that’s all. John had Presumed the cops down the basement that morning had checked out that broken window early that morning. He was to find out later that the cops hadn't gone through the train room door & so to those windows. The cops didn't know about that broken window til they went back that evening. That's Why the 'famous' photo of the open window was taken in the Night. The cops have always kept That info Hidden from the public As Well The same cops, also failed to flip the latch down on the top of door jamb of the cellar door & pull that door open, they just walked away. Officer Veitch went around the exterior when still dark that morning with his flashlight, he failed to see those same windows that could be accessed under the grate. Reichenbach went around the exterior also, he too failed to see those windows. He reported to the 2 detectives, when all 3 were sitting in the car at the supermarket carpark, that there was no forced entry yet he hadn’t checked the Double door near the kitchen either. That broken window is Not where the perps got into the house, but That is Not the point. Steve Thomas & the other keystone cops continually said that John had lied about getting in that window when he locked himself out of the house in the summer, even though the housekeeper had vacuumed up the broken glass there 2 times. Thomas nor any other cop Ever tried to climb in there. Down the track, it took Lou Smit to Demonstrate, that John Could fit through there & so what he said about that was Also True. There were Fresh green leaves dumped at that grate & some ‘caught’ under the edge of it that was farthest from the window side, as If someone had lifted the grate & then when putting it back down, leaves were caught under there. Thomas the Twit said in his book of BS, that the greenery was Foliage & what was Under the Edge of the grate that Sat on the brickwork, had Grown Under It. Jeeez. One just needs to see the crime scene Photos taken of that area & all around the exterior, to See that there is No Other Leaves Or ‘Foliage’, let alone Green & the gardener had been recently & everything was Clear & Cleaned Up. Fleet saw something inappropriate 2 nights before the murder and called 911 but he dropped it. He saw the children playing dangerous games in the basement. Doug was with Burke - when parents found the body, they told Doug to take Burke’s new bike home then they staged. Burke and John flip flopped about the bike cuz Burke was used. Look at the Bike tracks in front. Burke also said he felt guilty for leaving door unlocked. Plus, Doug as teenager had pretended to be the cop Mark Beckner, they found out but WHY would dog do that? Because he is involved. Remember the Stines moved to Atlanta with the Ramsey’s? That’s cuz they’re involved.

This is the hurdle narcissistic killers cannot get over - they lack sufficient empathy with emotionally healthy non-narcissists, to be able to mimic them convincingly. So they don't say and do the things an innocent, grieving father would, if a third party had murdered his child and was still out there, walking free. Finding his little girl's killer would have been John Ramsey's obsession for the last 26 years - if he didn't see the killer every morning when he looks in the mirror to shave! In those 26 years since his daughter was brutally sexually assaulted and murdered under his own roof, he's never once said "This man must be stopped before he kills another child". He only started saying that recently, in his July 2022, '60 Minutes' interview with Australian TV. That interview is a total farce, the reporter goes along with his innocent act, and his supposed wish to have his late daughter's pyjama trousers DNA re-tested with new technology Boulder Police routinely do that re-testing anyway - but as he well knows, the DNA on Jonbenet's pyjamas is not only severely degraded after so much testing, they only ever found composite DNA anyway, therefore it can never identify a suspect! Frankly he's as full of it as a bull's rear end. John's pleas to get the DNA re-examined (and the public petition he launched to that end), are a massive red herring, distracting from the REAL clue in the murder and the only piece of evidence that could one day solve it - the faked ransom note. That's what everyone should be talking about! But obviously John doesn't want that letter scrutinised, it's too close to home and was his and his late wife Patsy's worst tactical mistake. One thing's for sure - that long, detailed letter written on the Ramsey's own notepaper, wasn't the work of any kidnapper! In 1997, around nine months after the murder, police invited a panel of eight, top experts on child sex abuse to study Jonbenet's full autopsy report and post mortem photos. Those eight experts unanimously (and independently) agreed from the evidence, she had severe trauma to her genitals and hymen indicating chronic, long-term child sex abuse and abuse by penetration on the night she was murdered. The Ramsey's doctor who gave media reports (on their urging) denying any sexual abuse, had not viewed the autopsy report and photos as the panel did, nor had he done an internal examination on Jonbenet. He simply was not qualified to offer an opinion! The person who sexually abused that little girl for years is the same person who killed her. Why is John Ramsey so strangely unemotional when talking about his brutally murdered, six-year-old child? Why isn't he angry at the killer? The BPD took the note to the Secret Service & they also hired 2 Renowned private experts, all 4 said No Ramsey wrote the note. The Ramsey’s attorneys also hired 2 of the best in the country & both said the same. **From the 1st week of 1997 til 2007, DNA testing was done at 3 separate labs. Within the 1st Two Weeks, the results of DNA testing were back - from under JB’s fingernails - Unknown male DNA, mixed with JonBenet’s DNA. Steve Thomas & his cronies kept this vital result from the DA for 7 months. The same Steve Thomas who later went on to Pretend that he was lead detective & he still does. Two spots of blood were in the underpants but were Never tested. Steve Thomas constantly talked about the book he was going to write. It wasn’t until the grand jury were to convene that more DNA tests were ordered. The blood was JBs & Same unknown male DNA - saliva mixed in a spot of her blood in the underpants. This DNA from an unknown male wasn’t developed enough for CODIS at that stage. Desperate Thomas worked Very hard to keep the Fact that there was Unknown male DNA evidence, from the public’s consumption. The BPD were ‘leaking’ false & misleading information to the media & the frenzy continued. Eventually the BPD were made to Publicly apologise for doing this to the family but This Fact has been forgotten/not known about by the general public. The BPD’s cops Should have found JB early that morning, though a Search for her was never carried out as it was a Ransom note. Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they Failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. The jurors only hear from the prosecution, who get to pick & choose what evidence is presented & which witnesses appear. As a consequence, the jury vote on the side of the prosecution 98.6% of the time. And the BPD withheld a great deal of vital evidence. The vote was never for murder. John & Patsy never received subpoenas to appear & so they were prevented from testifying. They wrote to Governor Owens about this & he didn’t even reply. Unlike the jury, the general public & the media, the DA Saw all the evidence known about at that time as did Lou Smit, one of the best investigators in the country. Less than half the States, still have this abysmal grand jury system. The DNA alone Proved just how Wrong the jury Were. The investigators Present refused to target the Ramseys but Unfortunately Steve Thomas was brought into the case 3 days later & his goal was to make a name for himself. 18 months later he illegally took evidence material from the BPD, snuck off on a ruse & then resigned on national TV, an act that was unheard of in law enforcement history. Sadly the police allowed the Ramseys privilege and wealth to intimidate them, and interfere with justice. It is outrageous that pair of low-lifes weren't arrested and charged with Jonbenet's murder and conspiracy to cover up a crime within 24 hours of the discovery of her strangled, sexually abused body under their roof, and under their care. John Ramsey killed Jonbenet with an elaborate, home-made garrote he fashioned as a tool of sexual torture - not intended to kill her. She became his sexual plaything, after wife Patsy was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer, and their sex life ceased. But he went too far that night with his perverted asphyxiation games, and found Jonbenet could not be revived. Patsy has this tendency to capitalize nouns in the middle of her sentences, almost as if she is German or has taken German classes before. The ransom note author did not capitalize any nouns. They even spelled words and monetary values differently. When Patsy was asked to provide a handwriting sample for police, she began writing in cursive (her natural tendency) whereas the note was written in block letters. The conclusion is fairly obvious. Patsy had no reason to harm her daughter. No reason to protect her son. She had no criminal history, and she also had an alibi which further complicates any attempts to pin the crime on her. The note’s content does not match her personality which is the giant elephant in the room. You don’t even need to be a handwriting expert to understand she didn’t write it.

People really don't know the details of this case. If you did you would know that there was a girl that was in the same beauty pageant as JonBenet Ramsey and lived in the area. This little girl was snatch through her window or something or she was murdered or something and it was very similar to this. There is public documentation of some crazy criminal behavior in the area at that time. A Ton of criminal behavior. Now with that being said, the only reason I'm saying this and know this is because the private investigator that the Ramsey family hired discovered this... From what I understand... Now the big question is, How come there hasn't been any DNA tested from that murder scene?? There should have been a R. kit, there should have been all types of evidence, but this whole scene and case was treated so bush league and amateur that its digusting. You’re on the right path, dna has been tested by an outside investigator…they have concluded 7 were involved, there is so much to this case the public doesn’t know because they are foolishly dead set that the parents were involved, forensics dna facts and the fact that a fam member of one of the suspects FINALLY a got involved is what has the new info ..unfortunately the boulder pd is once again declining their help but they are sending the info to them regardless

I hear ppl when they say the note will find the killer and i just dont buy it. Say hypothetically they didnt do it right? And they went and withdrew the cash snd waited like they said. What wouldve happened? The body was still in the house. Would the call have came? To trade what body. Ok...call doesnt come...so what? Body rots in basement for days? At some point they call the cops...at somr point cops search entire house and body is found. The only reason they couldnt have done it is cause WHY WOULD THEY BE SO STUPID AS TO LEAVE THE BODY IN THE HOUSE...they could not predict boulder was gonna flub the case, have only one officer available, and john was gonna be told to search the house...leaving him able to find the body and to grab her and run up the stairs to mess up the evidence..none of that could have been predicted so thats why i think it isnt them....but if it isnt why did the intruder leave the note and the body? Was this done intentionally to frame the parents? Like if so thats alot of oddities...like how did they know their schedule? That they were going to party and not flying out that day? And how did they know jon benets room? Couldnt they very well.have ended up in the parents or burkes room if they intrude randomly and are there for first time? Also why kill in the house? Why feel cimfortable enuff to write notes and etc...how did they know jon didnt have a gun? Couldnt jon benet have potentially screamed? 8 cops & detectives arrived at various times that morning, in fact. Detective Arndt arrived With detective Patterson at 8.10 a.m., in fact. Except for her, all cops were gone by 10.30 a.m. John did what Any normal father would have done, he raced upstairs hoping his child could be Saved. You kids watch too many made up CSI shows & for some very strange reason, you think y'all crime scene experts. LOL. BTW - people come across all manner of crimes & people on the scene not moving & they might touch the body to see what's wrong, turn a body over, start CPR & guess what - cops & paramedics Move Bodies. Am glad! If I read the media correctly, that someone else is re-examining the evidence and testing for more evidence. I hope reverse genealogy will be used and the 2 mysterious dna contributors are identified and investigated. If so, a lot of mystery might be solved, one way or the other Was the 3rd part of the paintbrush ever found? How about the cloth?that was used to wipe the blood? It's touch dna and could be up to 5 different profiles from absolutely anywhere. This is not a dna case and will never be solved by dna. The BPD took the note to the Secret Service & they also hired 2 Renowned private experts, all 4 said No Ramsey wrote the note. The Ramsey’s attorneys also hired 2 of the best in the country & both said the same. **From the 1st week of 1997 til 2007, DNA testing was done at 3 separate labs. Within the 1st Two Weeks, the results of DNA testing were back - from under JB’s fingernails - Unknown male DNA, mixed with JonBenet’s DNA. Steve Thomas & his cronies kept this vital result from the DA for 7 months. The same Steve Thomas who later went on to Pretend that he was lead detective & he still does. Two spots of blood were in the underpants but were Never tested. Steve Thomas constantly talked about the book he was going to write. It wasn’t until the grand jury were to convene that more DNA tests were ordered. The blood was JBs & Same unknown male DNA - saliva mixed in a spot of her blood in the underpants. This DNA from an unknown male wasn’t developed enough for CODIS at that stage. Desperate Thomas worked Very hard to keep the Fact that there was Unknown male DNA evidence, from the public’s consumption. The BPD were ‘leaking’ false & misleading information to the media & the frenzy continued. Eventually the BPD were made to Publicly apologise for doing this to the family but This Fact has been forgotten/not known about by the general public. The BPD’s cops Should have found JB early that morning, though a Search for her was never carried out as it was a Ransom note. Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they Failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. The broken window was Not where the perps got in the house, but That is Not the point. Only America & one other country still has a stupid grand jury system. It is unfair, unjust & doesn't work. The jurors only hear from the prosecution, who get to pick & choose what evidence is presented & which witnesses appear. There is no judge, no defence lawyers & unless subpoenaed by the prosecution - No experts to rebut Whatever is presented. As a consequence, the jury vote on the side of the prosecution 98.6% of the time. And the BPD withheld a great deal of vital evidence. The vote was never for murder. John & Patsy never received subpoenas to appear & so they were prevented from testifying. They wrote to Governor Owens about this & he didn’t even reply. Unlike the jury, the general public & the media, the DA Saw all the evidence known about at that time as did Lou Smit, one of the best investigators in the country. Less than half the States, still have this abysmal grand jury system. The DNA alone Proved just how Wrong the jury Were. The investigators Present refused to target the Ramseys but Unfortunately Steve Thomas was brought into the case 3 days later & his goal was to make a name for himself. 18 months later he illegally took evidence material from the BPD, snuck off on a ruse & then resigned on national TV, an act that was unheard of in law enforcement history. Of course, that was his marketing Ploy for his book of BS, blaming Patsy because of a notepad & he commenced book tours. He was promptly sued for that book of lies, but soo many have forgotten about or don’t know about That, also. He garnered money from the public for his defence but come time for court, he refused to get on the stand to back his Story. The case was settled out of court & he lost every cent of the hundreds of thousands of dollars he made from that book. The investigation Continued with a bevy of actual Seasoned private investigators who had full integrity & worked tirelessly Unpaid to catch the highly sadistic killers of this child & at the same time, they hoped to save another. What guilty person, let alone Two, would subject themselves to soo many interviews with soo many reporters on national TV & for Years? NONE. The Ramseys continued that til Patsy died in 2006 & John continued the same & does to this day. Very few know about a libel case in 2003 - Wolfe vs Ramsey, where Federal Court Judge Carne got to go over the evidence known about at that stage. John and Patsy were supremely manipulative. They knew they could get Smit onside, by exploiting his religious conviction. One of the first things they did on meeting him, was to invite him to their church to pray with them - and just like that, old Lou was totally hooked! He just couldn't believe such a respectable, God-fearing couple could possibly have anything to do with their child's sex killing inside their home - despite the overwhelming evidence pointing to their involvement. Lou let logic and reason fly out the window, along with the fictitious intruder. He may as well have believed Santa came down the chimney and did it! In 1999 a grand jury of men and women unanimously voted to indict John and Patsy Ramsey on identical charges of child abuse causing Jonbenet's death, after considering the evidence for 18 months. Incredibly, that evidence included a special video documentary made by Lou Smit, pushing the intruder story and the Ramseys' supposed 'innocence' - when only evidence in favour of indicting the defendant(s) is supposed to be presented to the jury! Regardless, Lou Smit's efforts to persuade jurors of the existence of an intruder were in vain, as the grand jury simply didn't buy it. District Attorney Alex Hunter had brought Lou Smit in to support the Ramseys, but his plan backfired big time, because the grand jury 100% rejected Smit's presentation! But Alex Hunter wouldn't let a little thing like a unanimous grand jury indictment deliver justice for Jonbenet. He blocked the prosecution of John and Patsy Ramsey, and refused to action the jury's verdict. And just as heinously, in carefully worded media statements Hunter gave the entirely false impression the grand jury had voted NOT to indict the Ramseys, and ruled they had no case to answer! This lie was gleefully repeated by the Ramseys themselves. Hunter and the Ramseys knew the grand jury were gagged and could not publicly contradict their lies. Not until 14 years later following a legal appeal by the media to unseal the grand jury's verdict, was the damning truth finally revealed. The grand jury did not believe John and Patsy's intruder story - despite the late Lou Smit's desperate attempts to persuade them with his highly irregular video presentation. John Ramsey has no reason to look so smug - the truth is out, the jurors unanimously voted to indict both him and Patsy and hold them criminally responsible for their daughter's foul play death by strangulation inside their home. There was no intruder - that's why there's no DNA evidence of one, and none will ever be found. John Ramsey obsesses about DNA precisely because it's a red herring that cannot unmask the killer. The killer is him - he didn't murder Jonbenet, however. He sadistically sexually abused her over many months (and likely, years as proven at autopsy), and that night his perverted use of bondage and a home made garrote went too far, and ended her life. That's why the ropes went over, not under, Jonbenet's clothing - this was a regular sexual abuse session which John Ramsey kept as a secret between him and Jonbenet. The Ramseys' sex life ended in 1993 with Patsy's diagnosis with Stage 4 ovarian cancer. John Ramsey used his celibate marriage as an excuse to exploit Jonbenet as a 'sex surrogate'. Bad enough that she'd lost her daughter - she didn't want to lose her Alpha male husband to prison, and the privileged life they shared together. Patsy was ruthless in her own self-interest. She also knew keeping John's terrible secret would give her immense, lifelong power over him, and guarantee his loyalty to her forevermore. Nonetheless, she was angry at him for what he had done, and that was obvious the next day when police and friends who wandered around the Ramsey home, noticed the couple stayed in separate rooms from each other throughout, and didn't even exchange a look, much less any conversation. Hardly surprising Patsy couldn't bear to be near her husband - or that he kept his distance from her. They both knew Jonbenet's body lay cold and lifeless downstairs, under the blanket her mother had gently laid over her - and that John had killed her getting his sexual kicks. Jonbenet's autopsy alone should have put John Ramsey in jail - the quote 'chronic, long-term' sexual abuse it uncovered was confirmed by no less than seven experts in child sex abuse. As the only adult male in the home, her father had access to commit the rapes by fingers and objects - injuries to her hymen at various ages/stages of healing proved the systematic nature of the assaults. Jonbenet's vaginal opening was twice the normal size for a six year old child - this was not caused by innocent games of 'doctors and nurses' between siblings. Its crazy to me that there are so many people on here stating they are innocent, the intruder theory makes zero sense on every level, a kidnapping from someone wanting to hurt him?? The Present officers had No problems believing the Ramseys were genuine & Linda Arndt wrote a Favourable report about the Ramseys & said their behaviour was appropriate to the circumstances. The media went into a frenzy because the body was found in the house & they considered that to have been on Arndt's watch. She arrived at 8.10 a.m. with detective Patterson. It was actually Her who moved the body to the living room. Eight cops & detectives arrived at various times that morning, Nobody was looking for JB, it was a Ransom Note. It was the Cops who should have found JB early that morning, Not her poor father that afternoon. The BPD then went into damage control to save their Own asses & so the BS began. Arndt was put on desk duties, didn’t like what was going on in the office & was gone by May. Her next job was as a tree lopper. Many today still believe that Arndt was the only officer at the house all day when That is not true either, she was on her own from 10.30 a.m. Next - she had great acting lessons for that Performance on national TV because she was after a book deal Too. Next - she tried to sue the BPD for Money, but lost the case. Her report to the BPD was in the public domain & so, she was Caught as a Liar & later retracted all she said in that abysmal interview. Somewhere along the line she had Regret at least & when Patsy was dying, Arndt went to see her & apologised for all she had said for the TV audience & vowed to help find the killer. BTW - Lying loon Arndt knew Full Well the note said Tomorrow but deliberately didn’t mention That in her interview on TV. The Ramseys gave the cops free reign to their house from the minute officer French walked in the door just before 6 a.m. because they had Nothing To Hide. They spoke to the cops & detectives in total, for Hours that morning & after JB was found. Burke was interviewed when still at the Whites at 2 p.m. by detective Patterson, Neither parent was present, nor did they know that was happening. John spoke with the Ds that night, Patsy was bedridden by then. Arndt asked John for them to go to the PD on the 28th. The Ramseys had already witnessed how inept the cops Were & John hired a private investigator straight away. All Ramseys gave the required samples & John spoke to the Ds for 2 hours again that day. He asked Eller to speak to Patsy at the house where they were staying because she was so ill & medicated, Eller refused to do that. Steve Thomas was brought in because the Present investigators refused to target the Ramseys. Thomas had Zero experience with Any murder case before & thought he would make a name for himself from this high profile crime & later dubbed himself as lead detective when he was Not. His partner was an auto-theft officer. The BPD rarely had a murder & this was the first for '96. The next 2 up the ladder had No experience with homicide Either. The BPD refused help from the FBI, the CBI & the Denver PD. The present investigators had no concerns about deception but Then the body was found in the house when the Cops should have found her early that morning & the BPD went into damage control & so, the BS Began. False & misleading information was already being leaked to the media. The Ramseys were told they were being targeted & advised to get lawyers. Very sound advice & the Right of All citizens. The talk was through the lawyers then, That's how it Goes. John went on to hire 3 more private investigators. What guilty person, let alone Two, would subject themselves to soo many interviews with soo many reporters on national TV & for Years? NONE. And John continued that after Patsy died. He & John Andrew continue Still. The general public know Nothing about this crime & know nothing True about this case. Most don't even Know what Actually happened to JB. The Ramseys were Proven Innocent a long time ago, it is way over time to leave the family In Peace. Patsy liked to wear red for Xmas & had bought a new red sweater that had baubles on it. She wore that to the White’s Xmas dinner & a pair of black pants. On the 26th, they were to meet John Andrew, Melinda & her boyfriend at Minneapolis airport & all flying on to their Charlevoix house for a 2nd Xmas gift-giving. No doubt Patsy wanted to show off her Xmassy sweater again. On the morning of the 26th, she threw that on with the same pants, re-did her make-up & was ready to go when she went down the stairs. She planned on having a bath when they got to their holiday house, after the long flight. Patsy was using the Wall phone that was near the kitchen. In the Real recording of that call, Patsy hanging up the handset on the cradle is Clearly heard - CLICK. IF the cops Actually had Any Ramseys in the background because Patsy didn’t hang up, the recording would have been played til the end & all would have heard CLICK. And, Steve Thomas refused to have that call forensically sound tested. Funny that. It was before 6 a.m., pitch dark outside, no-one around & they were terrified. Who would know how long the cops would take to get there. After that Desperate 911 call, Patsy called the Whites, the Fernies - for Help. Mrs Stine too but she couldn’t come. John Fernie later called their pastor for prayers & comfort, it was going to be a long wait, the note said Tomorrow. The cops called 2 victim’s advocates to come. 8 cops & detectives arrived at various times that morning, Nobody was looking for JB, it was a Ransom note. John did Not go straight to the cellar. He & Fleet White were checking out the broken window, looking for any glass at all. They had checked the 2 cupboards in that co-joined room first. The cellar was the next room at that end of the basement, that’s all. John had Presumed the cops down the basement that morning had checked out that broken window early that morning. He was to find out later that the cops hadn't gone through the train room door & so to those windows. The cops didn't know about that broken window til they went back that evening. That's Why the 'famous' photo of the open window was taken in the Night. The cops have always kept That info Hidden from the public As Well The same cops, also failed to flip the latch down on the top of door jamb of the cellar door & pull that door open, they just walked away. Officer Veitch went around the exterior when still dark that morning with his flashlight, he failed to see those same windows that could be accessed under the grate. Reichenbach went around the exterior also, he too failed to see those windows. He reported to the 2 detectives, when all 3 were sitting in the car at the supermarket carpark, that there was no forced entry yet he hadn’t checked the Double door near the kitchen either. That broken window is Not where the perps got into the house, but That is Not the point. Steve Thomas & the other keystone cops continually said that John had lied about getting in that window when he locked himself out of the house in the summer, even though the housekeeper had vacuumed up the broken glass there 2 times. Thomas nor any other cop Ever tried to climb in there. Down the track, it took Lou Smit to Demonstrate, that John Could fit through there & so what he said about that was Also True. There were Fresh green leaves dumped at that grate & some ‘caught’ under the edge of it that was farthest from the window side, as If someone had lifted the grate & then when putting it back down, leaves were caught under there. Thomas the Twit said in his book of BS, that the greenery was Foliage & what was Under the Edge of the grate that Sat on the brickwork, had Grown Under It. Jeeez. One just needs to see the crime scene Photos taken of that area & all around the exterior, to See that there is No Other Leaves Or ‘Foliage’, let alone Green & the gardener had been recently & everything was Clear & Cleaned Up. That will give the people some idea of the level of the Intellect of just one of the so-called ‘investigators’ on this case

The Ramseys & the Whites had a falling out due to what the perps had Staged in that basement in particular. Fleet thought John had moved certain things when it was the perps who had done that. The same reason, in relation to the housekeeper - for example, she hadn't put the paint tray on the floor at the boiler room & thought Patsy had done that but blamed her. When the church Xmas party was being prepared for the 13th December, Patsy had got Linda to put all the painting gear in the basement, because that was in the butler's kitchen & Patsy was putting coat racks in there. Another example - Linda had put Burke's Swiss army knife in a cupboard because he kept whittling wood & dropping the shavings on the floor. A utility knife was found in the cellar. Shavings of wood were on the floor by the paint tray. Linda believes that one in the cellar was Burkes because the cops Ask questions, they didn't Describe the one in the cellar that was large, had 15 tools & one of the tools was broken off & not found. Burkes was bought for him from Switzerland, was small, red, 4 tools only & his initials were carved into the handle. The paintbrush was cut & broken & whittled & in 3 pieces, the brush end was put in the paint tray. The tip was never found because that was used for deviant acts at JB's genitals, some deviants keep trophies. We know that the middle part was attached to the cord & that contraption was Not a friggin garrotte, it was a complex made bondage device. There was no Reason to whittle any part of the wood, that was done to Implicate Burke. Linda used to talk & complain to the Barnhills, where Glenn Meyer lived. As stated before in posts that I add, John & Patsy didn't even know he was living there, yet the kids & Patsy were over there Often. He had the Barnhills keep his presence a Secret, for his nefarious Reasons. In relation to Fleet, the housekeeper & the Ramseys, it turned into a 3-ringed circus of blame over a variety of aspects. Fleet was interviewed by the cops 17 times, I wonder Why he so pissed off, but blamed John & Patsy. You people need to do some Actual Research about this case & get it through your heads that Perpetrators Were In That House. This despicable crime was very Very well Planned & it was about money & revenge & Implicating the whole family to Thwart the investigation. Maybe Then you will Realise the bigger picture & maybe Then you will understand Something, about events that day & afterwards.

Someone definitely wanted to make it look like his wife did it based on all the evidence I've heard over the years. They wrote like she did and knew how much money they had in the bank. They manage to further point to Patsy when they get her to say she put her to bed that night, (with the same large ribbon in her hair from the party), and also show that Patsy likely slept in her clothes. The later two are possible but they definitely help whoever is trying to frame her. Why does everything point to her involvement? The note was written in the house using their pen and paper with evidence of several practice notes - yet no other fingerprints were on the pen and paper. There is so much. Find out who would have made it seem like Patsy did this and maybe the killer will be caught. I'm sure John must want any doubt of her guilt set aside once and for all. Have they looked at other beauty pageant moms - overly competitive and vengeful?

I used to work years ago with someone whos child was in the same pageants that she was in -- He said that many of the other girls parents were very jealous of Jon Benet and were resentful about that her family could afford to dress her in such wonderful outfits and pay for her dance - music - talent and poise classes -- They resented Patsy having time and money -- you gotta know that the prizes alone for these pageants are substantial -- From what he said their were many that felt it wasnt fair that Jon Benets parents could afford to send her to any pageant they choose all over the country -- Ever watch Dance Moms? -- I think its a good possibility that someone in that crowd was involved

It's ridiculous to suggest a six year old child was murdered in her home by the resentful mother of another pageant princess! That's the stuff of a 'Columbo' plot, not real life. When you study the known facts of this case, you quickly discount the intruder theory. If a child is found murdered in their own home, the chances anyone other than the parents who were in the house and in charge at the time of their death killed them, are slim to non-existent. Again, going on statistical probability, the most likely person to sexually abuse and murder a child is an adult male. The only adult male in the house was John Ramsey. But why would he have killed his daughter? I don't think he meant to, I believe he killed her accidentally during S&M sex play with the garrote. The elaborate knot on that garrote shows it was made by an adult. Jonbenet's autopsy proved she's been subjected to CHRONIC, LONG TERM child sex abuse - so someone living with her was regularly sexually abusing her, and again that is most likely to be her father. When he told his wife of Jonbenet's unintentional death, and explained to her they must hide the truth of his sexual abuse with the garrote or be ruined, she agreed to collude in the intruder lie. So she put self preservation above justice for Jonbenet, because she wanted to retain what remained of her family and her privileged lifestyle. Sick with cancer, Patsy did not have the strength to argue, and accepted his urging they must stage an intruder hoax and pray the police and the public believed it. As ridiculously far-fetched as the kidnapping story was, together with their money and power it did the trick and kept them both out of prison. I have never understood why John Ramsey was not at least prosecuted for the heinous, long term sexual abuse poor Jonbenet undoubtedly suffered at his hands. But because she was not raped in the conventional sense, but by fingers and objects (including the paintbrush handle used as a garrote), a DNA link could not be established to John Ramsey. Men who sexually abuse children frequently decline to commit conventional rape for this very reason - they know it leaves behind semen and definitive proof of their abuse. Penetration with fingers and objects makes their abuse harder to prove. We now know that in 1999 a grand jury of 8 women and 4 men unanimously voted to indict John and Patsy Ramsey on identical charges of child abuse, which shows they had a case to answer and should have faced justice, but corrupt DA Alex Hunter blocked their prosecution. Worse, he gave misleading statements to the media, suggesting the grand jury had voted against indicting the Ramseys! Firstly it's plain old common sense, and secondly it's statistical probability. Don't take my word for it - do some research of your own. You'll see children are statistically far more likely to be killed by their parents than by any other relative - and many times more likely than a stranger they are unrelated to. Think about it. Jonbenet was the six year old daughter of wealthy, conventionally 'respectable' parents who lived in a large, secure house. According to her parents, on the night she died they brought her safely home from a friend's house and put her to bed, still wearing her day clothes because she was asleep. The following day, after a very suspicious 'ransom letter' was supposedly found and police were called, she was found strangled to death in the basement. The chances anyone but her parents killed her are tiny! Had her parents been ordinary, working class people they would have been charged in connection with her death pretty much immediately. Poor Jonbenet didn't get justice because she was born to rich, privileged people.

I Know I am in the minority on this, but I Agree with, 200+ Cases Worked with 90% Solve Rate Detective: Lou Smit and the Legendary FBI Profiling Pioneer: John Douglas. This was an Intruder - that was out to cause harm to John Ramsey, and his business, over revenge & greed. I believe this links back to Bud & Sandra Henderson, whom each owed Access Graphics a "remaining 18k" in 1996, after the company that bonded them paid 100k of their debt. Sandra was a Convicted Felon Embezzler & DisGruntled Ex-Access Graphics Employee who got caught stealing from them in 1991 and was getting ready to go back to prison in Early '97 for (presumably) un-related (but possibly related) forgery charges (as she forged her husband Bud's name on promissory note to pay Access money owed). But to anyone looking for a reasonable new theory as to the motive for this heinous crime you should look into the Henderson Family, they profited substantially via the exit of John Ramsey from Access Graphics! But that's just what my findings have shown me, no offense meant to those dead set against the Ram Fam.

@@onesolvedmystery2274 I’m not aware of this, but it doesn’t explain so many other things such as the ransom note which was very similar to Patsy Ramsey’s handwriting, the sexual assault, the pineapple in her intestine. Patsy Ramsey’s clothing fibers on the duct tape. The white blanket that she was wrapped in after the murder. The 2 hour delay between the head assault and the strangulation. And even if she was dead, why was she not removed from the house so that the “kidnapper” could get the money which was the supposed reason for even going into the house and taking such a risky chance. I am aware that Sandra Henderson was a felon for fraud, but that doesn’t mean that she was a murderer..

I say John did it. No way it was the brother. Absolutely zero chance. A 9 year old boy would get a slap on the wrist. I just can't fathom that the parents would go to the lengths of mutilating the body, writing a fake letter, staging it, risking their reputation, everything they had etc, to cover for a boy who wouldn't have even gotten in trouble to begin with. Btw that "DNA" they found in the underwear was touch DNA and could've come from anywhere. It's no real proof of Johns innocence at all. Touch dna could've come from a factory worker that touched the underwear where it was made. By an officer, by anyone who handled it. Hopefully John confesses before he passes. If I'm wrong I apologize in advance, but nothing makes sense and it just stinks.

Exactly right! Jonbenet's autopsy confirmed she was subjected to 'chronic, long-term' sexual abuse with internal injuries to her cervix regularly inflicted for at least months and probably years. Her dead body told her tragic story, as the defenceless, voiceless little girl could not - in life or death. Her father John Ramsey had sexually abused and finally killed her, during sickening, sadistic, asphyxiation 'sex games' with a garrote. That kind of systematic child sex abuse is inevitably the work of an adult male, certainly not a child! The 9 year old Burke was innocent. John, if you read this first of all I cannot imagine what you've gone through, and still do, and I sincerely hope this case is finally solved. I just want to offer you something to think about. We are not dealing with an "experienced" criminal, not at all. Can we understand the hatred in the murderers mind about what he was "up to"? Did Jon fight for her life and resisted being "kidnapped"? Did that cause the unintentional murder of Jon? All questions which cannot be answered. I believe, in my heart, the killer was a relative of a contractor who worked at your house from time to time or even just one time. Whoever the contractor was, he would go home and perhaps the family conversation would be about Jon and how famous she was. This individual could have been a relative of the contractor and worked on the job with him. After his deranged mind was touched by the devil he started to put his plan into action. He would know how he would enter your home. That could not have been "lucky". He had to know that was the way he would get in. I'll stop here because I can never put all the pieces together the way a lot of people have tried to do. My "contribution" to your case and hope that the killer is finally identified and caught is that I think the relatives of any contractors who worked on your house about the time of the tragedy should be "checked out". Why do I think this lead should be investigated? I just have a feeling and, anyway, why not?

Lou Smit a real Sherlock Holmes, he said after studying this case the Ramseys are innocent, he’s passed away but his daughter is still investigating because her dad was sure of their innocents. The ransom letter was used as a diversion for the killer to distance himself by as much time as possible from when the body was to be found. The killer also used an exacting dollar amount related to John's job bonus, so it's highly unlikely that the Ramseys weren't immediately aware of who did this. *It's far more likely someone directly tied to them and that information who did this as opposed to a stalking weirdo repeatedly sneaking into the home, spying and then living out a horrific pedophile murder fantasy.* This person used that specific information to rub it in the Ramsey's faces who had done it and just as obvious to the point is the Ramseys weren't going to tell the police who it was! *The odds that they didn't immediately know who it was based on the style of the letter's phrasing and wordage and that critical information about his bonus is absolutely absurd.* It means it's likely someone that is physically nearby and this was one of the primary reasons to create the diversion in hopes of increasing the amount of time that passed until the body was found. *The Ramseys immediately lawyer up knowing they cannot expose this person for some outrageous reason, and just continue playing stupid for the rest of their days on this earth.* That knowledge of John's bonus is a smoking gun. John Andrew Ramsey was caught on camera withdrawing cash from an ATM in another state many miles away at the time of Jonbenet's murder. He was 100% cleared by police early in the investigation - keep up! Damn, the killer is right in front of you, JOHN RAMSEY, but you can't recognise him. I guess you saw that lousy TV documentary a few years ago, that named Burke, a slight, 9-year-old child at the time, as the killer based on a crazy, totally hypothetical story about pineapple! Baloney, of course Burke didn't do it (and he successfully sued that TV company for defamation, and they settled millions on him). He was formally interviewed extensively as a child, and never once said anything to incriminate himself. As an adult, he answers questions on the case with inappropriate smiles that creep people out. He clearly has some form of autism - but that does not mean he was a child killer! The killer's identity is obvious, it's the man who'd been sexually abusing Jonbenet for years - her father, John Ramsey. Have you never thought it odd that he does not talk about what happened to his daughter with any real emotion? His late wife Patsy colluded with him in the cover up, to keep hold of what was left of her family and privileged lifestyle as a 'Stepford Wife'.
