I’ve been exposing these supplement salesmen pseudohealth gurus for years. It’s so awesome seeing you talking about it too. Your channel is epic and should have way more followers, so keep up the great work.🤝

while I agree with most of what you suggest to people Jonas, and your content is great, the question that lot of people in this field seem to ignore imo is: What causes health problems to the people that eats nothing but organic, raw dairy, grass fed beef, are in low EMF etc. I have seen too many people that understand these important nutritional, and lifestyle facts, yet have cancer, disease and other health problems that, just seem to not heal. I think the next step will be an, awaking that there's more that goes into health, and to me German new medicine has given great and logical explanations.

I changed my life a lot and level of my health when I started to eat only raw animal foods but after a year I eventually stucked. Some of my health issues remained and I got frustrated. I couldn't get my health further until I got raw dairy from simental cows which farmer feed only hay and grass through the season. This is the part when I realized what quality of the food really is. I also knew for now that I will stuck again because I can't really buy other foods that I want which are raw, hygiene/chemicals free and animals were feed their natural diet and threated good. So I decided to make my own farm which turned into learning how to live basically and reversing my health issues. I have my own jersey cows for a month and I am glad with it.

@@Jachasik My gosh, that is too disheartening a statement if not outright nihilistic for me dare to agree. I couldn’t philosophically impute the decadence of our health onto the mere outsourcing of food production. kzbin.info/www/bejne/hobXqZifpM6gl5osi=0I8gMHiUh6WrEeI_ This Analyze and Optimize video is very generous, and proposes that our health problems are younglings that came to be with the advent of seed oils. Sure one could argue that our early-twentieth century counterparts feel short of the health achieved by our pre industrial-revolution ancestors, but we NEED to be able to pinpoint our health problems unto a single source. Otherwise what follows is entropy and doomism, which is what led people to the sophism of these ‘biohackers.’

I don't get why you would want to "listen to nature, get in touch with natural signals". If I listen to my natural signals: I am eating ice cream and M&M's all day, drinking soda and playing videogames 2 days straight untill I fall asleep on my desk. Whats your opinion on this?

When you are in touch with your natural instincts & you have enough knowledge you know what your cravings are trying to tell & how you should react to them. Craving ice cream: You are lacking in high quality animal fat Craving M&M's: You are deficient in minerals, so you are craving chocolate. Soda: You are looking for glycogen energy If you do the correct things you'll satiate that craving & nourish your body. For example: - Buy organic Ice Cream made with Raw Milk or eat some Raw cream - Instead of eating M&M's take a high quality mineral supplement & the craving disappears. - Instead of drinking Coca Cola, drink some water with raw honey & you'll fill up your glycogen stores. These are just some examples of what I mean by ''Following your nature''. You playing video games all night is about self-discipline which is a whole different story to be honest bro 😂

@@jonas_westh I understand what you are saying and I agree to a certain degree. But I do think that the emphasis should be put on science (not 100%). I trust in science mostly because of a great old video of Veritasium "Is Most Published Research Wrong?". Great watch! Feel free to elaborate on this, I stand by my opinion but am open to change. And thanks for the advice :) I see that you also respect research and science. About the videogames, I will have to do some psychology research 😅
