Awesome video! I’m 50 years old and finally lost the 40 pounds. I’ve been carrying around for the last 30 years. I’m running and doing calisthenics only. I can now do three sets of four pull-ups, three sets of 15 push-ups, three sets of five dips,as well as jump squats and lunges. I feel so much better!

Why do you use the smith machine and you don’t do free weights?

For stability and mostly it’s just what my apartment gym offers. I do free weights a lot when I go to commercial gyms or workout with friends. However for the most part, I’m adding weight to calisthenics movements and doing smith machine stuff.

Bro as a biggener I can do elbow lever,l sit,hand stand,pistol squat can you tell on which skill I should work next?

Congrats on achieving those skills! Those are not an easy feat! Try working on 90 degree hold, sissy squat, handstand pushups, v sit, tuck back and tuck front lever
