Took what she could and possibly more the day he died.. for what he took from her. One person had a less developed brain, programmed and tuned.. the other a narcissist adult man. The two are different.. 1 learnt something tte other was less self aware 😊

This is the strangest interview I've ever watched! Strangely, I feel sorry for Hugh. What did he hide from the public? Only the fact that he was controlling. Had she not written the book, what legacy would he have left anyway? The phenomenon of Hugh Heffner was as puzzling when he was alive as it is now. He was "loved" when he was alive, but for what? Actually, its society that I'm curious about, not him. He was just a good old hussler and he lived his empty life like most human beings do.

I’m two months late since this interview filmed. I have met both Hef and Crystal at the Playboy Mansion. Having been there 4 times and the last time I saw them was back in 2012, Hef was surrounded by security guards. He was very physically frail and couldn’t really walk well and he didn’t want to be around people. He only came out to blow cake candles to celebrate his birthday and Crystal was sitting next to him in gleefulness. They didn’t stay very long and went straight back inside the Mansion. Since the last few years, we follow each other on instagram. I notice Crystal still had images of her and Hef, her wedding photos, and has occasionally memorialized him posting comments reminiscing her fond memories about Hef and how much he has taught her blah blah. Seeing this interview just now has me taken aback by what she has revealed on Piers Morgan show. I’m honestly surprised and beyond baffled. With that being said, people should not take her seriously at all. Her testimony is inconsistent with what she posted on her Instagram versus what she’s saying in this interview. I think there are some truth in some statements. But then again, there’s a bunch of bull on her part. She is no better than any of the Playmates that were involved with him. She had years and opportunities to leave that life. They broke up once and that should have been her cue to walk away for good. The other Playmates that lived in the Mansion were able to leave returning to their normal lives, married other people and started families of their own. I’m sorry but Crystal is not 💯 transparent. I’ll leave it at that.

I love the complete lack of accountability… she literally chose her life from the start because she didn’t want to work for anything or actually get a job. She went apartment to apartment. She says, then moves into a Playboy mansion, not realizing what it was about, give me a break. She wanted a lifestyle and to get it she had to sell her soul. She could leave it anytime and do anything she wanted yet she chose to stay. this is a very common thing with women and they typically blame men for their choices and I don’t understand that. It’ll make Hefner right no, creepy but all those women made those choices and they have no one to blame but themselves. Everybody from A-to-Z enabled him and have no right to speak ill of anything because they were part of it by choice.

Are we really helping women with things like the Me Too movement? From what I see, what it did primarily was to take women from a place of personal power and acceptance, into a place where they feel weak and vulnerable. It reshaped the events in their life from choices they made, to actions they were forced into. Coming from a place myself of childhood sexual abuse, I never felt broken or abused until people found out and started telling me how broken I should feel. I went from a place where I felt confident about who I was, to questioning myself and wondering if there was something actually wrong with me because what happened didn’t break me near as bad as the judgement people laid on me because of it. I personally think that all people go through things and if you became stronger from it, it is not beneficial to break you down because of what society says you should feel. If a woman needs help, she should certainly seek it. But if you survived and became a stronger person, don’t let your strength be diminished by the judgement of other people.

After watching this interview I would tell what a wonderful woman Ms Harris is. She is sincere, down to earth and basically had traumatizing 10 years of her life. Hugh Hefner deserves not one single word of praise. He was a narcissist, used young inexperienced women at the prime of their young lives and his moldy old smelly mansion is a testament to a lotof abuse and shame. He wanted to be remembered as a trailblazer, but all he was - was a sad unhappy sefish infividual to whom none of the women he used, should feel any gratefullness. It was just business and transactions. All the best to Crystal!

It is unfathomable to me that this woman takes no accountability for her own behavior. Regardless of her age at 21 she exchanged sex for money and privilege. She was paid weekly and gladly accepted her salary in cash while also admittedly skimming millions of dollars and using funds to secretly buy real estate. She owns the Hugh Hefner name by marriage kept the home that they purchased together in addition to whatever funds were maintained upon his death. She now takes the reverse approach as a New York times best selling "author" disparaging the Hefner name while keeping it for years, still profiting off of Heffners death and all the while claiming victim. A victim Mrs Heffner is not. You were not raped you were a paid employee.

Apparently, plain English is "unfathomable" to you too. She never claimed she was a victim. She clearly said more than once that she wasn't coerced. Furthermore, it was legally her right, as his lawful wife, to claim whatever inheritance he left her. Since when can only happily married people inherit when their spouse's die? Furthermore, how is her inheritance your problem or your business?? It doesn't negate her experiences or mean that she has no right to tell her story. Just because someone was married or stayed married to their spouse, doesn't mean that they were always treated well or that their spouse was a decent person. Heffner's behavior is well documented. Why is everyone so hell bent on painting him as a saint and the injured party here?

Every single girl that has lived in that lifestyle has pretty much talked about the same thing happening to them. Shes not in a sense bashing him. Shes talking about her pwn story. What she dealt with. I think after the Movement she started to feel comfortable to talk about her story. Remember she married him because i think that was her only way of survival. You ppl have no idea. So many ppl idealized him i didnt think that Hef was like this. I loved girls next door and yes sleeping with an old man is 🤢 but at the same time it was pertrayed by him as like a family. Yet back in the 80s women tried so hard to talk about what they went through and yet they were silenced. Listen everyone has their own opinions but for me i believe her and the other girls.
