Definitely the point near the end about not forcing a fake personality. I think I often take the wrong message from vids like this, but that really clicked with me! Loved the video Cole!

I must say, it's kind of ironic that my username, MemoryHunter, signifies what you said in the video. I found myself thinking "EXAACTLY!" a lot of times during the videos, like it was second nature. I love to create memories which are full of excitement, full of sadness, which would make me laugh and cry, but laugh over it in the future. The storytelling part was quite memorable since I always inadvertently try to practice being expressive. I don't think about it when I do it, but later on when I rethink myself being in some moment, I do remember that I was expressive albeit with body language or verbally. What I want to expand on is to create memories that involve others, more of person-to-person interaction memories, rather than a "solo" story on whatever topic.

Hard pill to swallow: Being memorable isn't about seeking validation, but about genuinely connecting with others. If we constantly focus on: • Mimicking charisma without genuine interest • Telling stories without emotional depth • Seeking attention without offering value We'll always be overlooked. Why? Because true memorability comes from evoking emotions, sharing genuine experiences, and being authentically present. To truly leave an imprint, dive deep into your experiences, share them with passion, and always prioritize genuine connections over superficial impressions. Keep going everyone!

I have just realized today that we are emotional creatures and even the most logical people can be the most emotional ones. I am learning to control my own emotions and realize that maybe we do need to socialize in life and that it is okay to not be perfect. It is hard though, since you also have to know your boundaries and not put them up to high and get out your comfort zone sometimes. In order to even think, your emotions also need to be align. We literally depend on them. Yes, it is true, we always remember how people made us feel at a certain moment, but I guess for me, which might sometimes be a good thing and sometimes really bad, I don’t remember, I mostly forget, until I get nostalgic or smell something that reminds me of my childhood. I literally forget the bad and might go back to toxic ways or toxic relationships, which makes it worse then actually feeling the bad. I guess that happens to most of us until we had enough. Anyways great video, hope you keep up your channel ❤

So personally, why I want to be more memorable? Well at first glance I thought it would make me more known, more noticed and everyone will give a deeper shit about me, but after spending time with people and understanding more about myself in the process I realized that some part in me, some damn part wants to bond with people on a deeper level, have more memories, that I can remember and giggle about over in the course of years, and actually feel the fulfillment behind knowing people, knowing there's still meaning to actually go out and be with others. Anyways helpful Video Cole... Thankyou!

I have 2 things to blabber on about my self 1: towards the end of the video you said ask your self why you wish to be more likeable. the reason im trying to improve my social skills is because i havent been able to make friends after high school and im 30 now. iv tryed "being my self" and what ever other bs I can, but i have never been able to convince some one to be my friend past a short term acquaintance. 2: hate to say it but also after high school I havent had many experiences and dont quite know how to gain more. maybe that is also gimping my ability to make new friends.
@nadourjfarcuson3487 Жыл бұрын
As someone younger than you ill tell how ive viewed this. Friends is a lot harder to make as adults because guys and girls dont really share the same space for 8 hours in the same way they do in school. I might be the few that still think dude and girl can be genuine friends althought id say 1 or 2 at best. Upon going to university i saw the difference in thought process of how people interact. You and dudes may share hobbies but will less likely hang out with you if you aint pulling chicks. Same goes where girls will wont hang around you if they dont see you get along with other girls independently of youre bros or if you are a sucker enough to buy their company with your pocket. Literally remember hearing a girl say that a party she wanted / that she would like to go to said somebody would have to sponsor her aka spend their money for her to go. The best you can do is learn an in demand skill that coensides with youre character that gives a career that allows you to make enough to fund youre interest and befriend like minded people

When meeting new people or people you think are "cool", it is the most unattractive thing trying to imitate them to get them to like you, trying to alter your character to meet their expectations. Tbh im still learning about this self respect and value, but if you dont trying to find your self value and lose the spirits to fighting you will appear to be broken. @@caseygreyson4178 got it. So the first thing I would do is evaluate what changed in your life when you went from quitting to doing it 3 times a day. Did something happen at school or work? Did you start feeling more stressed/depressed? The reason I ask is that usually, fapping is a symptom of a greater problem in your life, that we use to provide relief from that problem. So instead of asking yourself, "how can i stop fapping?" Ask yourself, "what am i running away from that I need to deal with in a healthier way?". Thats where the answer really lies. Nofap wont fix your life. Fixing your life will naturally make you do nofap.
