A good video. OPINION & COMMENT ONLY... 😁 1. CIMA passed with 3 years experience - 3 titles ACMA, CGMA, CA(M)..... ACCA passed - 2 titles ACCA & CA(M) 2.Both recognised by MIA as CA chartered accountant and both recognised as a degree equivalent by public services dept jpa msia.... Cima can apply for CPA australia title with one assignment 3.ACCA after your degree in finance 4 exam papers? ..... CIMA is 2 exam papers(case study) plus quizz questions 4.1 ACCA Is more for compliance requirements ie. Tax, audit, corporate reporting...... CIMA can do the same but focus more on industry requirements..... Accounting, finance, business, strategic management, project mgt and management accounting..... CIMA can apply for audit license in msia 4.2 more than 80% accountants work in industry not accounting firms or consultancy..... So CIMA makes sense? CIMA for accounting, finance & business - Planning, Control & Decision Making for business organisations 5. CIMA works closely with CPA america to provide the CGMA Title.... Chartered global mgt accountants 6.CIMA 2 EXAMS only.... Fast track to complete your exams to be a chartered accountant

You may find employers verging towards the higher ranked universities, but it isn't the be all or end all. Remember your end goal, and if it is to be a CGMA then do not let the university ranking affect your decision too much. CIMA FLP seems like a great idea, however note it isn't available in the UK. Sir actually does Acca have audit rights in UK? I am wondering because audit rights is mainly vested to icaew members I suspect. Acca however gives one good knowledge in ifrs, cost accounting financial management etc( to a some extent overlaps with cima)and it does help one hold top management positions in large companies in UK and worldwide , so as cima but certifying audited financial statements and tax audit generally ACA is very much preferred I suspect so.Is that correct? CFO of large mncs can be full fledged members of any of these institutions( Icaew, icas icai, acca, cima , aicpa) or MBA finance from top business schools with several years of relevant post qualification work experience with leadership skills and knowledge but as far as certifying the audited financial statements and tax audit is concerned only ACA in UK and commonwealth countries and cpa licensed in USA can do.Is this statement correct sir?

it would be difficult. I study also CIMA but have been looking at ACCA these days. I think CIMA is more internally oriented but ACCA is more practical around applicable skills and legal financial requirements a company needs to fulfil. I personally find CIMA to a bit more repetitive (being in Management Level of CIMA- professional level 2, next is the last one). Practice mostly require ACCA because you work with small companies and ACCA has a couple modules on business tax, personal tax, etc etc which is more relevant.

Can you have both acca and Cima
@CRAIGO103 жыл бұрын
If you want too, however both are significantly difference so you won't get many exemptions, meaning you'll have a lot of exams! I recommend chosing just one that gives you what you need!

@@CRAIGO10 Though ACCA and CIMA are branded as "significantly different". If an ACCA student chooses the 'Advanced Performance Management' and 'Advanced Financial Management' *optional* exams *instead* of the 'Advanced Taxation' and 'Advanced Audit and Assurance' *optional* exams. Why won't they be qualified to be a "Management Accountant" just like CIMA?

Doing CIMA doesn’t mean you can come to the UK. There are immigration processes, however I can’t help you with this. No, 21 isn’t too early. Reap the benefits of being chartered. Here in the UK, CIMA is the top level of education, and therefore no need to do anything else, however India could be different

I have no idea what 10th is, I have no familiarisation with the CIMA qualification. No, I am a full CIMA member, qualified 2 years ago!
