A few years ago, I started recording and documenting my mom's recipes online. I wanted to learn more traditional Chinese recipes to connect with my Chinese heritage. My mom cooks a lot of classic Cantonese and Toisan/Hoisan (台山) dishes that my family loves. As she's getting older, I want to try my best to learn her recipes before they're lost. I am so proud of my mom, and I hope our love for each other and for our food shines through in our videos!
