Turkey Wings Recipe:
(Season both sides of the Turkey Wings) with the following:
Salt
Pepper
Chicken Poultry Seasoning
Paprika
In a mixing bowl add the turkey wings:
Add 1 tablespoon of flour and 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil also in the mixing bowl (this will help the turkey wings skin to NOT stick to the pan while baking.
Mix well until turkey wings are fully coated on both sides
Using a medium to large deep baking dish
Add the turkey wings to the baking dish
On the top of the turkey wings add chopped bell peppers, green onions, white onions, and 4 garlic cloves (DO NOT CHOP/DICE UP THE GARLIC) -place them in the corners of the baking pan.
Using (1) 32oz of Chicken Stock (pour only 1/2 of the chicken stock juice in the corners of the pan.
Baked covered (using foil) on 350 for 1 hour.
After 1 hour remove the aluminum foil cover and bake for 30-45 minutes uncovered so the turkey wings can brown.
While baking for the last 30-45 minutes. Start working on your gravy
In a pot add 3 tablespoons of butter
1-2 Tablespoons of flour
Whisk well until dissolve, but watch this step because you do not want your flour and butter to burn.
Using the rest of the 32oz of the Chicken Stock pour the remaining chicken stock in the pot and whisk well. Add in some chopped onions, and red peppers. Allow gravy to cook on low for 10 minutes so the gravy can thicken. (You can add 1 teaspoon of gravy master if you want your gravy darker)
Once the gravy is done. Take the turkey wings out of the oven add a few tablespoons of the gravy mixture over the turkey wings.
Reserve the remaining gravy to pour over rice or mash potatoes.
