It would be an epic fight but I agree. Bigger, stronger, more savage. We’ve seen Castle firing long range, he’s going to win there. And this body armour bs…. Castle wears military grade body armour compared to Jon Wicks tailor grade Kevlar. Kentucky Ballistics tested body armour with a 4 bore rifle. Technically the bullet didn’t penetrate the armour, but the entire carrier was stuffed up upside the body cavity, organs reduced to jam, bones turned to wet chalk dust. Same effect for Wick. Unless he has a 4 bore.

It's almost like saying the Road Runner would win against Iron Man because he could just paint big holes in the ground for Iron Man to fall/fly through endlessly while dropping anvils on him. Assuming a world where the physical laws work equally, a level playing field, Wick would be lying on the ground, shattered bones and haemorrhaging to death. Most fights are won by the bigger guy, a sniper beats a CQB guy, and the body armour difference heavily favours Castle.

While this would be an extremely close fight, the win goes to Punisher. Wick will never be an easy opponent but Jon Bernthal’s Punisher is a beast, has insane durability, he was brutally tortured, they drilled into his foot, what he do? He shrugs it off and immediately starts to fight. he didn’t just fight daredevil he was coming out on top. This is the same daredevil that had been training since he was a child, has heightened abilities, and has then gone on to fight and win against bullseye and kingpin. While you did mention he fought daredevil, it’s severely underplayed. In the punisher show, it demonstrates that Frank is a great tactical fighter, using gorilla tactics to fight multiple opponents. Frank is also very familiar with a massive arsenal of weapons just like Wick.

Punisher going against Daredevil should tell you that punisher is leagues above John wick and hear me out the reason why I say this is because let's be real Daredevil has kind of gone against someone who similar to John wick named bullseye bullseye never missed until he came across Daredevil. Frank Castle from the Netflix show is nowhere near his comics version. The Netflix series is more grounded in reality and Frank is powerscaled down to fit in that reality. John Wick goes from reality into fiction as it builds its secret world of assassins, putting John Wick in more and more crazy situations against more and more odds. Frank is a good fighter, but he's not a technique fighter like John Wick is. John Wick shows mastery in basically... any weapon and fighting style. Frank's fighting style is more realistic and simple for getting into street fights or being in a warzone. Matt outmatches him easily, and by their third fight, Frank can't touch him if Matt doesn't want him to. Not only that, but the techniques that Matt uses that Frank is weak against (appears to be grappling) is something that John Wick is... a master at. It's easy to say that Frank could throw John Wick around, but the reverse is also possible. Not only that, but John Wick tosses around people much larger than Frank. If we start going into comics, you can start giving Frank more feats, but there is virtually nothing in The Netflix series that says Frank would beat John Wick. Close, yeah. Of course. They're both tough fighters, and expert marksmen. But 3 movies of showing how insane John Wick is vs 3 seasons of how mortal Punisher is (and how much he can pull off while still not being superhuman)... this is a fair fight, but John Wick wins this.

Frank would likely sit back and watch. We have seen him do surveillance in the Netflix series before. He's tactical. He can lay traps. He can plan entire fights out. Look at how he planned out Micro's hideout and how he was staking out for Jigsaw in that episode where the vet began planting bombs. He's going to find John, wait, and trap him. Meanwhile John only ever walks into and out of a fight. He seldom plans. He seldom traps. He seldom coordinates. So this isn't about knives and bullets. It's about combat prowess. You have to make very clear which version you are using, because otherwise it is chaos. For example there could never be a VS battle with superman, because Cosmic Armor superman solos about 80% of fiction. And the other 20% is like a draw.

I have to disagree, just based on who they’ve fought. John Wick has fought regular dudes. Yes, some were armored or big, but they were all just regular dudes. The punisher on the other hand has been proven capable of messing up meta humans. Punisher wins imo

Y’all are actually crazy for thinking Frank could take this. Punisher is my favorite anti hero (by far) but it wouldn’t be close. Keanu irl (and John Wick) has an average draw time from hip to head shot of .7 seconds. Castle is durable but he’s not getting up from brass to the head. If it’s straight up hand to hand, I’ll hear the argument for Castle.

Castle can be very efficient, he just usually doesn't have to be because of his strength and toughness. So in the beginning it would look like Wick's fight against the giant in the library. But then Castle would get pissed and that would be the beginning of the end of Wick.

If you are just talking what we have seen live action, I will give it a solid tie. However if you are talking real deal punisher then wick is already gone before he even gets started. Punisher regularly takes on teams of super villians. He is basically Batman with no secret identity and cheaper weapons, still military grade though. Not to mention his sniper skills.

John wick wins easy not even close. He is far better and more effective at killing than the punisher, blade skills, hand to hand, shooting…it all lines in johns favor. While the punisher is more durable and more ruthless it wouldn’t matter seeing that John has the superior skill set.

As a long time punisher fan I feel like this video is the most disrespectful punisher video on KZbin. Comparing TV show punisher versus the movie john wick isn't fair. Punisher has had multiple animation films and 3 hollywood films. And on top of that Google who has killed the most people in marvel and guess who name pops up....... Exactly so there is clearly no edge here punisher is far beyond John wick in skill in every since of the word. Punisher even went up against Batman.... Yeah go read it. So if we are comparing apples to peanuts here, be specific what your comparing him to not generalizing him as a whole. Militarys and law enforcement videos all around the world use the punisher logo. He does that black out thing where anything in his path is dead meat. Love this one. I think Wick has proven more durable, and his suit/armor is an edge, but fighting, tactics, and marksmanship are on par for sure. Wick estimated in his 50s and McCall in his 60s I suppose we've never seen either in their primes with both forced out of retirement though. Good one!
