Thinking it's time for a total knee replacement, watch this first. kzbin.info/www/bejne/ap_Qf4WqnM2ap6M

These excercises are great even if you have knee replacements. I wish I had known about you guys 5 years ago! I have had both knees done and one is not as good as the other. I can only get a 90 degree bend on it and the scar tissue has settled in. It's a struggle every day. I find it the worst if I have to stand still in a line. I don't last long.

I’ve been watching you guys for around a year now. I’m a nurse, work in a hospital. I wish our physical therapists were willing to educate like you guys do!! Bob must stay!! I think everyone should see that healthcare workers go through health challenges just like anyone. It’s part of life. And a highly educated man like Bob still has so much in him. You guys are fantastic!! Of course, being a nurse since 89 knee issues are right up my alley.

After 2 1/2 weeks of not moving much from a knee injury I saw happy yoga on PBS this morning. I found it on KZbin. It’s chair yoga and I was able to do it without any knee pain. Your video popped up as well. Since I’m 65 now I thought I better check it out. I was able to do everything without pain. And I will try to do those every day to help strengthen and loosen my knees. Thank you and God bless you prayers.

That was helpful , thank you! Another reason for a bad knee could be from a short leg. If you have uneven leg lenghts try putting a OTC shoe cushion in the shoe with the short leg BEFORE YOU HAVE A PROBLEM! (Go slow in building up the cushioning or you will cause other problems.)

Awesome this is me. L. knee only bends to 45. Appt. w ortho soon. Will not do a replacement. Thanks guys! Look for infa-red pads on Amazon. I double my time on my light pad. Loosens but the looseness doesn't stay til next day. MOTION IS LOTION!! I quit my bike, made my knee worse so don't quit.

I have had my Thermotex pad for 3 weeks. I live in S FL. It really has helped. The heated cape was great for the cold weather we had during the 'season'. I came to FL in the 1970s.

When I do deep knee bends and my knees start making a crackling sound like Rice Krispies it helps to wrap them with ace bandages. This also helps to make them hurt less afterwards.

have you done a video on Neck pain, and Atlas therapy? I suffer from TMJ and neck pain, I was assaulted and smashed the top of my spine under the skull against something hard. Reader: idea for insert/good shoes.... Do you actually need to wear metatarsal pads? I thought my issue was insert/needing arch support. The metatarsal pads, worn under ball of foot, erased pain as my weight distributed correctly. This issue often seen with those who have second toe longer than the first.

@vernaxxx89402 жыл бұрын
Hydrotherapy may be a useful place to start with exercise. With regard to overweight, it has probably taken years to put the weight on, so you should be patient and be prepared for it to take years to get it off. Just find a diet that works for you and gets your weight moving in the right direction.

QUESTION, please, ..... I just learned about 4 years ago, for whatever reason, my kneecaps ended up sitting (& staying) very off-center & to the outside. That alone caused issues. No doctor, etc. has ever figured out why that happened. It's crazy. I get Synvysc injections 💉 every 6 mos. even though the injections last me 4.6 months. $1,000 for each knee. Tremendously helps my knees! 🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓
