Among saiyans, it's different, and that's gotta be why Whis finally was like "fuck it, find your own version". The avenues and interpretations of sensory and mental inputs that an angel uses for UI aren't the same as what a saiyan would use. I'll bet you Whis was only bitten by Goku in that pre-ToP scene because angelic UI doesn't pick up on that shit, but saiyan UI would've seen it a mile away because that's precisely the kind of barbaric shit it would look for.

@@Glaceon_Guy Buddy Goku literally told Gas that he needs to keep his heart calm in order to use the silver haired form to it's full potential, the reason why he was losing to Gas earlier with Vegeta is because he wasn't able to keep his heart calm which restricted the form from evolving, Whis literally told Goku to one use the silver haired form if the situation is dire, when Goku at end used MUI the right way he was easily able to overpower an an even stronger Gas by Grabbing and throwing him into space with his ki avatar. The whole narrative about Goku biting whis was a GAG scene that was only seen in the anime not the Manga lol. Bro just stop using this headcanon about "saiyan UI" cuz UI carries the same concept and emotions only hinder it's growth which is why Goku wasn't even able to hold the black haired form longer than he should have.

I think Goku has gotten rid of the issues he had before with Silver Ultra Instinct, as he is shown to have greater efficiency with the form in the latest chapter of the DBS manga and in chapter 102, Beerus and Whis did confirm that Silver Ultra Instinct is Goku strongest and best form.

The main issue is that goku needs to be calm to activate and that he can’t use his emotions. I doubt those are fixed, but I also know that he didn’t need to use them against gohan since he’s just sparring

The manga panels showed him his face was contorted with strain in his efforts to dodge as he was doing his best not to get hit. And when Gohan does land two big hits against Goku, Vegeta was surprised that Gohan was able to bypass Ultra Instinct reactionary speed and Vegeta’s a reliable source since he’s been training with Goku on Beerus’s planet after the Granola Arc, so he would know Goku’s current limits.

The final power up for goku I think will be him being able to use ui the silver haired form with his emotions while tui will be his base form. And with his other transformations his eyes in those forms will be silver.

I theorize that True Ultra Instinct is an upgraded form of Ultra Instinct ~Sign~ because Goku can harness emotions to power it up. However, unlike Mastered Ultra Instinct (also known as Perfected Ultra Instinct), True Ultra Instinct focuses on emotional enhancement, not pure instinctive offense, making it distinct from the fully instinctual nature of Mastered/Perfected Ultra Instinct.

I think the final evolution for Goku’s Ultra Instinct will be Goku fighting so freely in his base form (similar to his fight vs Uub) that there will never be a need for him to transform into Super Saiyan for a power boost again. He will be so in touch with his natural instincts that he’ll be able to output the most effective and efficient use of his power that Super Saiyan forms wouldn’t be able to do (since they’re a set multiplier and they drain stamina). Then when the time comes for a last resort Goku can switch into MUI temporarily to seal the deal.

5:56 minor correction but Kefla was actually still rivaling UI Omen’s power once she went SSJ2, both were causing the other to increase their power exponentially. Tui = ui sign but with Goku's saiyan nature using it so more attack less defense Mui = Goku shutting down all his emotions for more power and benefits but can't keep it for long and the more tired he is in that form the less accurate mui is for goku (More speed and defense and counterattacks that slowly becomes weaker and less accurate)

That’s not what happened at all with gas. If you actually read the manga, MUI goku and UE vegeta were getting clapped by gas, TUI goku was a bit stronger than gas before he started to get cursed. Then goku uses MUI just to get the susano and launch gas off to space, as a way to get him off guard, as opposed to just trying to go grab him and try to throw him to space, and MUI goku didn’t "overwhelm" gas at all, as throwing someone to space isn’t really a better feat than fighting on par with someone. Obviously goku can only use the susano in MUI, not in TUI. Clearly TUI is superior, or goku would’ve used MUI to beat gas Also you would have to completely ignore the narrative of TUI, as whis straight up tells goku that he needs to figure out his own version of UI, and TUI is what goku came up with, as a stronger alternative for MUI, again, that was the entire build up for that transformation, with the bardock stuff and goku fully understanding being a saiyan. As it was also built up that MUI isn’t really all that reliable, especially for long periods of time as it becomes less accurate There was also literally no reason for goku to not use MUI as he was fully healed, but he opted for TUI instead, how would you explain that? And him getting destroyed by gas with vegeta by his side? Heck it was even just portrayed as being way better by him saving vegeta, who was going to get stronger than MUI goku This is all not accounting that a transformation in DB has never been weaker than an older one, accept if it had a caveat. Saying MUI is stronger just doesn’t make sense at all, the best you could say is that the susano is goku’s strongest form, but not MUI itself

Great vids but TUI still requires one’s mind to be calm to tame Goku’s saiyan instincts, the point Whis made when he was training Goku is that, no matter which state you’re in, if your mind is empty then yo body should move automatically, in the very same training he told I’m a different life form than you, I don’t have emotions like you saiyans do, so you need to find your version of UI, that was Whis telling Goku he needs to a way to make use of his heart (emotions) in his UI but he still told that empty mind is requirement before that, TUI is Goku letting his dormant instincts(violent nature of saiyans) out but he should not let his emotions corrupt his mind, it is what is clouding your judgement in fights, his mind won’t be clouded since his fighting purely on instincts, he’s letting his survival instincts carry him throughout the battle, which it is a lesson Bardock was put on the chapter to pass on, that you should have complete faith in your strength than anything hence “what sorta idiot would think about nothing but victory in a life or death battle” statement goes along those lines but the entire point is that Bardock was letting his resolve carry him throughout the battle. That’s why Gas told Goku’s your father’s resolve was like no other. Goku’s letting his saiyan instincts carry him throughout the battle, Both found way to hone their saiyan instincts, Vegeta too through his UE, his love for battle and it is saiyan instincts dominate your opponents in battle, Vegeta said before Frieza fighting was their way of living, they didn’t do for money or ulterior motive, they are like wild beasts that is their true nature, TUI is a pure saiyan free of everything that corrupts their minds or spirit. TUI’s fighting style is vastly different MUI than angel copy UI Goku used, which is why Whis told Goku to stop copying him, it more attack than defence while MUI is an automated calculator, TUI is going for the memo, he just went in and pressed Gas something he wouldn’t do if he was in MUI, that’s why Vegeta’s commented is this fighting style if it’s supposed to be ultra instinct and laughs at it, it’s because he sees something that is saiyan based, point is Goku still doesn’t think about his movements but he’s allowed to be his saiyan self.

TUI is just a foreshadow for goku's possible final transformation (probably will fuse it with super saiyan or something like that). MUI is for sure strongger, but he has no way to improve the tecnique, and will never have because like whiz said, he needs to develop his own (and MUI isn't his). And remember, saiyans get an insane boost for being anger, MUI loses that and gohan literally showed how op it was by picking goku by surprise. Goku probably fight better by mixing both like he did in granolla arc (and if we consider the manga as the most correct, for correcting many plot holes, you can see that we never ever saw goku anger on MUI, because he can't, he literally has to calm himself on moro's arc after meru's sacrifice, the Jiren scene makes no sense, especially if you consider that Jiren is a hero).

MUI- more powerful TUI- more effective Like how a saiyan feels more natural and more comfortable in Base than they do SSJ or Great Ape. Because those forms feel less natural to them as they can only use those forms under special conditions. That’s why most saiyans lose control. So it’s hard to a mortal warrior with battle emotions to remain fully calm and resemble an Angel. It’s obviously a better choice for them to pick the one that can use battle emotions. Literally a Saiyan UI and an Angel UI.

I don't want to start a war, I just wanna give my opinion based on what was shown. TUI is stronger than MUI in my opinion, BUT it's not as efficient. Goku himself states that the form wouldn't last long, but was using it to get a raw power boost in order to defeat Gas before he could potentially grow stronger. I saw some comments saying Goku went into MUI to finish Gas off, but that's not really what happened. Goku, even after getting thrashed by an aged Gas, was still planning to fight using TUI, Gas was just strong enough to knock him out, and in order to get Gas in a position where Granola could finish him off with that final blast, used MUI's ki avatar to grapple Gas and throw him into the air. He caught him off guard and acted swiftly, rather than blatantly overpowering him. Ultra Instinct as an overall is Goku's "best trick," MUI is just better suited for sparring sessions at this point because its longevity is actually higher than TUI. Bottom line, I think they're pretty relative in terms of use, I just think TUI has more raw power, while MUI has better hax and stamina as of now.
