FYI, there are at least 5 types of beef rendang recipe in Indonesia, what captured in this video is Javanese soupy beef rendang. There is also Javanese dried rendang, which to westeners will appear as rendang steak or jerky. The signature of Javanese will be the sweeter. Then the famous Padang (West Sumatera) rendang, a soupy and drier one. Signature of Padang beef rendang is the spiciness and heat (as in a lot of chilly). Then there is Medanese beef rendang, which has thick soupy spices and coconut milk reduction.

My dad makes the best sate Madura - he learnt from a real sate Madura vendor. It only has 4 ingredients in the sauce, but it's incredible

Yoshi Zaki in Indonesia language usually use this sentence "tusuk satenya direndam biar enggak terbakar"
@dh-wf9eg6 жыл бұрын
gak is not indonesian language, indonesia word is tidak not nggak or ga. ga is jakarta language
@yapzanan67536 жыл бұрын
message sorry, I mean "enggak". It's appear in KBBI when I check that
@dh-wf9eg6 жыл бұрын
