USF early game vs OKW is actually USF sided. Double rifle LT rifle m20 will basically win the early game. After that, go into stuart and tech to major. Use Ranger zooks to hold until Jackson, and you have an easy game.

I'm kind of annoyed he didn't use the US army rangers, those guys get tommy guns and bazookas, they live solely off of gunpowder and wehraboo tears, point them at the enemy tanks and the enemy won't have tanks, point them at enemy infantry and they won't have infantry, put them in a sherman to bum rush the enemy with and then jump out bazookas bazookaing and tommy guns tommying and you'll capture half the map in no time. They're even mildly spammable if you have enough mp gain

9:55 reminds me of the Soviet clown car - get a commander that spawns in Guards rifles - load one Guards squad in a halftrack , chuck in a squad of engineers with flamethrowers for the lols. You get 1 M2 .50 HMG, 1 DP LMG, 2 PTRS anti-tank rifles, a flamethrower and a buncha lads with Mosins all firing out of one truck. I used to have two halftracks like that, plus a third upgraded with the AA mount for a early-mid game convoy of death - and late game they provide good anti-infantry cover for hordes of t-34s, with added repair capabilities from the engies.

The germans weren't actually famouse for having bad recon. Their recon was fine. The issue was on the eastern front they diverted more people to the front lines and logistics because they were taking heavy losses and didn't want to be encircled
