I no longer care about others' potential, and I’m tired of sharing my resources and energies with anyone or anything that does not align with me. They are what they are, and it’s their own choice to stay so. What I need to do now is put all my energy into myself and invest in my own vision. If I‘m lucky to find a community that I can fit into and get along well, great! If not, then that’s fine. I can do things on my own. That’s it.

I have learned to be more upfront about what I'm like when I meet people for the first time, but it took a lot of practice and a lot of rejecting some well-meaning but thoroughly wrong input from my family in general and my mother in particular. It took a while to be able to hold on to my own perspective - and learning that it's OKAY to have - and most importantly, use it. Usually the best "consequence" quite often is simply telling them straight on and I don't appreciate their kind of treatment. That can often shake them up more than if getting mad and telling them off. I'm having a lot less trouble than before, and can vouch for the fact that #5 is very true. It does get better! 🙂

I think that the INFJ understands a process very well. Like, oganizing jigsaw puzzel pieces by similar patterns or colors. Each piece is handled and examined individually first and when it comes to assembling the picture, this process reduces the cycle time. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast.

my habit of living in the future is due to slow understanding. if something takes a year for me to fully understand, then i need to get started one year earlier before the subject becomes the next global trend.

I'm an INFJ and when I was given an IQ test at age of 34 by my employer. I scored very high in math and it said I was a mathematical genius when it came to predicting patterns and spatial relation. The predicting patterns is definitely part of intuitiveness. I think the spatial relation came from being an interior and landscape designer. I did very poorly in math my entire life and my math ACT score was so low that I had to start in Math 079 before I could take Math 099 and then Math 101. A full year of no credit math classes.

Having that prescience feels like the simpsons episode of the franchise war, "oh but that one hasn't moved yet". Ni driver: scans and recieves input Ti child quick reaction "oh oh oh try this or that!". Fe copilot butts in with sense of universal feelings. Se - "GO!!"

INFJs tend to live in the future because of their dominant cognitive function: Introverted Intuition (Ni). This function is future-oriented, abstract, and deeply insightful. It enables INFJs to naturally focus on potential outcomes, patterns, and possibilities that extend beyond the present moment. Consequently, INFJs often find themselves contemplating future scenarios.

14:11 "Our main power is foresight." *GET OUTTA MY HEAD!!!* No, seriously. My foresight's been my most valuable tool when it comes to predicting certain outcomes. I don't always get it right (because I either misinterpret it or it's flat-out ill-informed), but it's correct often enough for me to rely on it to steer me in the direction I need to go. *IRL Example:* I use my foresight a lot when I am performing aerobatics with my drones. I can see, catch and avoid potential crashes before they happen IRL. If necessary, that foresight provides me with information I need to provide the right corrective action to keep my drone flying, and eventually bring her back to Terra Firma in once piece.

Wenzes, that was amazing! My favorite example from the past: 20 years ago people around me didn't understand why I was getting automated text messages (SMS) on my simple cellphone with the sender+subject of every email...

Wenzes, thank you so much for this video ! It is so chock full of truth about our 'futurizing' superpower . And because of that it is SO validating. I kept finding myself saying "Yes ! " It is when I step out into my insightful vision for what I want to create/offer/share with the world that I feel most like myself and most alive. It truly unburdens me from worrying what people think because I know that I am coming from my highest vision ...and how could that be a bad thing for anyone ? And when you spoke about our first function being the 'Hero', I smiled, because in the book I am now writing (my first ) it is the hero's journey that the (unlikely) main character is taking. That *is* her superpower, though she is not aware of it . Thank you again Wenzes. You are like a super-smart kind friend from the future encouraging us forward .

Situation: in an integration due to a merger in which communication isn't always good between companies and departments (so silos exist), plus my department (and even larger department above me) is small and physically isolated from our corporate location. One solution: have my department lead starting a corporate Toastmasters club which will involve people in several locations and recruiting people in those locations to also invest in the effort. To be started in Q3 2024. (Preparation steps in Q2, of course.)

I've had this frustrating problem for forever now where I form and record with a band design new styles or combinations of genres of music, the band dissolves; years later that style becomes popular. So now I've gone retro on my own material hoping current tastes may have finally caught up with my past songs.

I do anticipate future fashion ideas an trends . For example, the tee shirt tuck where u pull the sides and back kind of out and tuck the front. I did that a long time ago. Ill think of something haveing to do with fashion or something and i think um ... where did this come from , then ill see it in the world, i see it first or know it before hand.😮😊
