Guys/Girls. As long as you were not abusive or did something completely unforgivable IT... WILL... WORK... My Ex lasted two weeks (It felt longer). I know the turnaround for many of you will longer (some much longer). But if you disappear THEY WILL WONDER AND THEY WILL REACH OUT! Put some time in between the two of you and the pain. I can tell you, getting dumped is some hard times. In my army years, I knew more than one man who killed himself over getting dumped - so that is how serious this can be. It's no slight matter for many. I think the advice from Coach Lee is very good. I find myself asking myself - if I have to 'play games' to get her to come back; is she really worth it? Day 25 of NC. Whenever I feel the urge to contact him, I would watch coach Lee’s videos and would feel better and strong. I got dumped 2 mos. ago. I begged, pleaded and pursued him for a month , to no avail. He said he still loves me but the last 3 arguments we had was so traumatic that everyone around him suffers. This is our 2nd break up. I know there is a chance she won’t come back but how can someone erase 14 years of being together.i am making steps to better myself by joining a gym(I’ve gotten into much better shape), reconnecting with friends and family, but it’s hard when I’m in school full time. I believe by changing and graduating and becoming more than myself will bring her back but that’ll take months. And by then I fear I will completely lose her. Also our 12 year marriage anniversary is coming up in middle October, should I break no contact and ask for coffee or let her reach out or leave it alone and let nothing happen?

It’s been 6 months already and my mind is tricking me. I’m reading our last conversation and I feel like there was no real reason for a break up. I’m applying Coach Lee’s method right now, I’m in a tough position and it’s all odds against me, but this is the best chance I got. It works for a woman who only have a good personality. What you sow is what you reap. If you were nice, loving, caring during the relationship... That increases your value. But if you're not, you'll get dumped and he would have nothing to look back because your value has decreased already during the relationship. So this worked for me, as the saying goes "Just love him...care for him,... respect him while you're with him" if he screwed you, he's the one who'll chase you.
