I want to break some misconceptions and show that calisthenics and street walkout are not only about hanging on bars and bars. You can train your whole body, including your legs, and do it very effectively. Calisthenics combines a great variety of exercises with the weight of your own body. You can sprint, jump, do compound one-way squats and lunges. All these exercises will allow you to pump your legs no worse than you pump your torso on the horizontal bar. The main thing is not to forget to do them =)))
